I’ve just left from this location 5 minutes ago. I ordered from there Walk in I ask to used the bathroom they let me but I had to clean there bathroom for them because they’re nasty. I’ve let them know I cleaned your bathroom for you they screwed face me and started to talk shit in my face in there language which I understand. The health department need to check them out. I don’t want nothing in return but a thank you would be nice .

Placed an online order which included a chocolate raspberry donut and a frozen hot chocolate. Was told they didn’t have the donut and their frozen hot chocolate machine has been down for two years, then it changed to two nmonths. We were told some bs about there should only be whats on the menu or something, seemed like they were trying to come up with an excuse on the spot. Once we got our order we parked to check everything else, and I’m glad we did since almost everything else we got was wrong too. Ordered a croissant sandwich that ended up being on normal bread (they said it didn’t say croissant on their screen somehow) and the only other donut we got. They made it correctly after I went inside, but I don’t even know why we keep coming back to this one other than its close to home

The bathroom was locked and unusable to paying customers. They were out of chips to go with the sandwiches. Employee seemed kind of clueless. I feel like the DOH requires food selling establishments to have bathrooms. Do better Tim Hortons!

Pretty sure I was served an ice capp made with spoiled milk on 12/12 at around 4pm. It tasted totally off and turned my stomach. By the time I tasted it, I was home, otherwise I would’ve brought it in.

This restaurant really impressed me. The food was flavorful, freshly prepared, and served in generous portions. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable without being intrusive. Service was prompt, and the environment was clean and comfortable. It’s clear that they put a lot of care into both their dishes and their customers. I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to return.

Their service is really hit or miss. Today I decided to write a review. If you don’t want to interact with customers, don’t have a customer service facing job. The young man that took the order at the speaker was polite. The order was incorrect when we got to the window. We were missing a coffee. The young lady at the window was rude and acted annoyed when we let her know. I then had to give it back again because it was missing syrup that was supposed to be added. The attitude was not needed. If you’re going to work there and in the community please have a better attitude. This solidified why I always pass this Tim Hortons & spend my money elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache and mediocre service.

Had an issue where one of the night employees (December 27 7pm) were lazy and didn’t want to make the food l so they denied my order and i didn’t get a refund. The next day I spoke to chamika and she promptly handled it. I walked out smiling!

As a business owner, there is a need to supply bathrooms and not pretend they are out of order because this location doesn’t want to clean and provide restrooms.
