Worker was very rude. I sat at a table to place a mobile order from my phone so I could add a special offer from the app. Was my first time doing so so it took me a few minutes to figure out how to do it and what I wanted to order. A worker came over and rudely said to me “you can’t sit in here if you are not a customer” I said “I am a customer, I am ordering right now from the app on my phone.” She then repeated herself that I could not sit there if I wasn’t a customer. I said “I heard you the first time. excuse me for sitting here for five minutes while I figure out how to use the app as it’s my first time doing so and I didn’t want to hold up your line while deciding what I wanted to order.” She gave me a dirty look and walked away. Be a little kinder to your customers. Without us you wouldn’t have a job.

I’m giving 3 stars because the last 3 times I’ve ordered the Turkey bacon clubs for my wife and myself and didn’t get bacon on our sandwiches. It literally says bacon in the name of the sandwich. They are delicious when made right but disappointing without the bacon. And I ordered a blueberry muffin once and ended up with a pumpkin spice one and pumpkin makes me sick.

It was a mistake of Tops to open this place alongside of it. It has been there for some time, now, but, ever since it opened, you constantly see dirtbags from the nearby rehab facilities loitering near the Tim Horton’s entrance. They purchase their coffees, and whatever, and then you have to go way out of your way in order to avoid walking past them, while carrying your stuff, as hang out on the sidewalk. I am amazed that they get away with this. I do not see what Tops gets out of this. The stores connect from the inside, but you hardly see concourse between them. No doubt, because of the type of clientele who frequent the Tim Horton’s side. Tops probably discourages them from cutting through their store. This is why the ambiance, here, is so bad for other customers.

One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time

If you want perfect coffee (not to dark and not to light). This is the perfect place for you. I always stop for coffee here but if I go out of town I take their coffee to go. I don’t just go without it. That would be like going somewhere without your favorite shoe’s. Tim Hortons has the best Panini’s. I love the steak and cheese or just the cheese. They always have meal deals also so you could have a coffee, panini and a muffin. You can change the sides to make it the way you like it. I know this is a lot but I am very very picky and I know what I like. I am just sharing so you know where to get good food at a good price.
