Its hard to have a bad morning when pulling though the drive through and James is working at the window. He is always happy and smiling, always polite, and makes his customers laugh with his sense of humor. I truly hope the higher ups in his location realize what an asset he is to the company and our customers mornings as well.

Slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been in. Took probably 5 minutes just to take my order. Then when I get my order, I get 4.5 hash brown sticks. Save your money and go to Wendy’s.

I don’t have issues but ordered at the drive through 1 large unsweetened ice tea (very simple order) when I picked up and asked him if it was unsweetened ice tea he said yes. Well it was ice coffee big difference I took back I side and your staff need to be taught custom service rude and the the stare is strange. She finally acknowledged me I told her what happened and in slow motion I got what I ordered and my ice coffee back and was told that she cannot take back the mistake. This simple order took half hour I will not go back!!!!

Bathroom is disgustingly filthy. The floor is very sticky. It is obvious that they use a dirty mop repeatedly and the dirt just gets trapped in the grout joints and stays on the surface of the tile. There were multiple black flies in the bathroom. There were no paper towels in the dispenser to turn off the dirty faucet or open the door with. Then I ordered my coffee to go and had already left when I tasted it. It tasted burnt from sitting on the burner too long, obviously not freshly made. I purposely didn’t order any food due to the lack of cleanliness of the place. I’ll never go to that location again and wish I hadn’t wasted my money on the coffee.

The drive thru set up is not ideal. It is very easy to pull into the nearby Wendy’s drive thru by mistake. Otherwise it’s everything good I’ve come to expect from Tim’s.
