Coffee came to $3.01. I paid $10 and got $6.95 back. Instead of absorbing the 1 cent, they shorted me 4 cents. Petty? Sure. But since when is it ok to rob your customers? *I’m probably not the only one to order a large coffee, so I’m fairly sure this pricing “quirk” is intentional.

I always like to try new offerings when I can. Today I got the Mochanut iced latte and I just didn’t love it. I mixed it well as sometimes the flavor can get stuck at the bottom but it just tasted like tobacco or a cigar, I couldn’t finish it.

Usually good but today was the day I definitely won’t be back slow service no one at counter 5 people standing in drive threw a lady was trying to make a drink running around and the people in drive threw just laughed and didn’t even help . If you’re gonna make drinks in, we ask for ingredients in it you need to do a better job. Also, if someone ask you to double toe something put butter on it melt it and cut it in half do your job if you don’t like where you’re working maybe you should find a better job that you can smile at I had the worst customer service experience
