The coffee is amazing but please don’t go in the morning because you will be waiting longer than usual The drive-thru was wrapped outside the parking lot so we decided to go inside that was a mistake because the dining room was packed full of people walking in and out in between the lines then they were so busy that it took forever for the employees that were being trained to complete one single order kelton enterprises needs to understand that it’s not okay to train new employees during the morning rush. Then to make matters worse the manager Deanna has a poor attitude and walks around like she has a stick up her behind. I’d much rather drive out of my way to deal with her store then drive 2 miles from my house and have the deal with the horrible crowd staff and store that is close to me I refuse I repeat I refuse to go to the Tim Hortons on Transit and Genesee Street that is run by cinnamon. Cinnamon store is horrible All the employees are incompetent and very uneducated they sound like they have marbles in their mouth when they talk to you. Overall I give this story 3.5 stars out of five

Went there yesterday for 2 coffees that tasted like just water was on my way to work so couldn’t go back. Go again today and order 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, 2 coffees get home have one sandwich and 3 hash browns and a coffee that has so much sugar in it you can’t drink it. Done with this location they never seem to get an order right.

If I could rate the service as a zero I would. Waited 20 mins for my sandwich to be made. I had to call to see what was going on…they told me they forgot and havent made it yet. So I had to wait another 5-7 mins to get it… in the past month service has become very poor. Between getting my orders wrong, to missing items from the order. Be warned

Drive thru order for two drinks was wrong, they insisted that the drinks ordered were one large, one medium. Ordered large cold brews only to be told that the large is made in a medium cup, after getting large cups in previous visits. For the prices paid for some if these items, its ridiculous.

Don’t bother getting scrambled eggs. They tell you to pull to their exit door and promptly forget about it. Took them 25 minutes for a mobile order!

The whole staff was assigned to fill a take out order which took several minutes. This meant no one else was served. After the drinks were made, they moved on to sandwiches. 2 if them were busy making the take out sandwiches and making the drive thru in between but those that walked in had to wait until they made all the take out order before getting their order. In the meantime, one of the staff was getting themselves a drink and another was putting stickers on containers. Either of these could have helped make sandwiches for those waiting inside so we could get to work on time.
