Very inconsistent!! The coffee never taste the same. You can order it the exact same way and you never know how it will taste. The morning early staff is great the evening/night time are a complete different story. Not friendly at all most of them can’t even say you’re welcome after you thank them for something. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me so I will continue to go there for the convenience.

I get breakfast here every day while I’m at work, simple order for one person. The English muffins are never toasted so I ask to have mine double toasted. The lady on the speaker apparently had a problem with this and caught an attitude. Then they got my drink wrong and when I told them I got more attitude. Whoever is working your window 10-13-25 at 958am should not be doing customer service. Even after pointing out my drink is wrong they gave me another wrong drink. I think this store should have a training seminar on customer service. If I acted that way at work I wouldn’t have a job

Literally evrytime I order a double toasted bagel from this location (over a dozen times) I get a bagel loaded down with butter but barely heated, let alone toasted twice. I even make sure to verify on the screen that they entered it correctly. If you’re not capable of reading double toasted or simply disregard it then why are you even working there?

I ordered EXTRA cream cheese on my bagel payed an extra $1.99 for EXTRA cream cheese. I check my bagel every time before taking off because they are terrible at putting cream cheese on their bagels that’s why I started paying for EXTRA. When I looked at my bagel today I told them I want more cream cheese because there was none on it and they refused to add cream cheese so now Im left paying for EXTRA and still getting NO cream cheese!!! Ridiculous!

The experience here is always splendid. Chelsea especially has earned this review. She goes out of her way to make certain that the food she is sending out is top quality. She also has ninja hands. It looked like my bagel got away from her for a second, and with cat-like reflexes POW! A perfectly crafted breakfast item. Keep up the great work!
