Short, long black haired girl who apparently has a vape glued to her hand at all times, has a terrible attitude problem and does not know how to deal with customers. Whoever the manager is needs to put her in check asap because this isn’t just a one time thing. Coffee also sucked.

WORST TIM HORTONS IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Ive gone here often and they always let me down. They never get my order right, over charge me, sometimes forget the things I paid for, and THE EMPLOYEE ARE ALWAYS RUDE!! Had the worst experience today and an employee bad mouthed me when I was being nice and trying to remember my boyfriend’s order. I’m officially done going here and they should just close honestly. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

How to ruin the Tim Hortons…have a new franchisee come in and chase out the best staff around. Brilliant move. Not one familiar face inside and not a car in the drive thru at 6:30am when there’s usually a line. While there was no wait and no pressure the new staff couldn’t be bothered to listen to the order, got it wrong and had attitude when asked for the correct item. Customer service is dead

Got 2 sweet teas today and I think it was 90% syrup and it had brown hunks floating around. I’ve had a couple issues with them messing up my orders and being rude. Sometimes you can catch them on a good day I feel like they do better in the morning.

Absolutely horrible today. I understand a mess up here and there but I ordered a combo meal today consisting of sandwich on croissant with vanilla cream and a coffee. Price of combo went up. What I actually got was a plain buttered bagle which is smaller now and a Boston cream donut. Way to start off a Monday morning.

You need to learn how to staff your location properly with better management.
There is no excuse to have your counter closed when you have four people working.
There is no excuse if you have three people working.
One person at the counter taking orders, cashing people out and helping to keep orders moving along.
One person at the window taking orders and cashing people out.
One more person to get the orders ready.
The problem is not available workers due to covid. The problem is too many people were paid to sit home and enjoy being lazy. There are workers out there available you just need to pay them what they’re worth and treat them properly..
There are also plenty of jobs available so if you don’t treat your people properly, they’re just going to leave you for the next guy who does.
Your staff doesn’t need to you. You need your staff. Otherwise you don’t exist.

So when you get a drink that doesn’t taste like it does at 4 other Tim Hortons locations, you go in to ask for a remake..see them making it and well it’s a little backwards. So you ask nicely is that for me. I say oh I think why we are having an issue..I try to nicely explain. Queue attitude, on how not to tell her how to do her job. Further comments from the side…I am standing here and I can hear you. Even if you had thoughts on my request, maybe hold your tongue till I leave. Probably should pick a new job where you don’t have to socialize. Just won’t stop here again.
