My bagel came out fully burnt. They’re super slow and seem like they don’t care. terrible customer service. they messed up my friends order 3 times and each time took 5-10 minutes to make a new one. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! the picture is the final result after giving it back 3 times.

The worst. Food dripping with grease Forgetting to give a straw. Lids don’t fit paper cups spilling Diet Coke on clothes. Deliberately handing me 2 straws in a sarcastic insult gesture. And. Like most Tim Hortons overfilling your drink with ice. Effectively stealing money from every order that uses ice. There are suggested lines on each cup for ice so the consumer gets what they are paying for. Most don’t pay attention. I do. Don’t go to this location

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff there. I know it’s quite annoying when customers have large orders, but we are paying for a service and expect to be treated with respect. When order was ready and the worker was reading off two things off our large order clearly annoyed, another worker gave back-handed comment about how I ordered “everything” on the menu. Went back to receive the doughnut that was not included in the bag, and get a new bagel as we wanted a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon on it, and received a dry bagel with bacon My coworker was treated with utter disrespect and had to wait 15 minutes for them to check cameras because they refused to believe they made an error. As a person that works in customer service its more important to be empathetic and understanding rather than being right, which they clearly weren’t. Shouldn’t work in customer service if your clearly miserable and don’t want to treat people with decent respect, go to any other tim hortons location.

Immediately take it out of the bag for my son and said something to the lady and she said they’re all like that and nothing she can do… used to be a regular until today. The lady who is always working the window who is older is miserable doesn’t say thank you, have a nice day NOTHING. Absolutely insane.

This place need to be clean!!!!!! I Saw one of employees not wearing gloves when she made coffee!!!! She touched her nose then she touched the lids!!!!.
