Came in this morning to get a bagel with light cream cheese. It was loaded with cream cheese and I asked the guy at the window if I could have a new one made he said no problem. Then the girl who made it came at me very aggressively at the window (said her name was Natalie) and proceeded to tell me that this is light cream cheese and that I was wrong and got very nasty with me. She ended up remaking it and I watched her throw it at her co worker through the window. Very unprofessional will not come back to this tim Hortons

I swear I have worked at 3 tim hortons and every single one I worked every employee was super rude. The mangers could careless how I was treated. Training literally was a joke . When I would have a issue cashing someone out and I asked multiple times for help and was ignored repeatedly I am not exaggerating i promise. So my solution was its on the house haveva great day .. so now I come here as a paying customer ask the girl I like too buy some things I have alot of change I am a bartender she tells me I dont think we can do that looks at what might be here manager he doesn’t say a word she was super annoyed with me I felt horrible to.ask for anything else which I I wanted liked 15 dollars of mre stuff guess what you don’t like your job and your yhe hospitality business quick girlfriend you look miserable dont say hi or thank you and I tip no matter where I am i was planning I on handling her 10 bucks but let’s see how she treats me when I go up to get something else before I leave look if I would work here as a manager and follow all your protocol give everyone of my employees encouragement help to feel welcome and this is something I never experienced working for tim hortons I was hear on Friday , 6 at around 2:00 I really would like a response to this please

I was totally embarrassed by the interaction with the employees I was surveying the menu and was kind of rushed to order, but then was addressed hostilely by one of the cashiers or server. I just had surgery in my mouth and couldn’t speak very well and I was in the middle of a diabetic episode and was addressed as if I was loitering and call the police on when addressing the cashier he was very hostile and blame me for not speaking up fast enough, and I was embarrassed because the whole lobby was now staring at me in the police were responding to something so innocent that I didn’t even place a order.

This is a joke. I cannot believe I paid for this trash. I said extra cream cheese and you can still barely see it on this burnt bagle. Not to mention my strawberry lemonade had WAY too much syrup, I ended up dumping that too. Trash. Trash. Trash. This is the 3rd time with this tim hortons that they gave me garbage. So much for thinking they’d eventually get it right. Don’t go here if you want something edible or refreshing .

What an amazing Tim Hortons! I went in around 7:00pm the other night expecting the workers to be miserable and dreadful like many other Tim Hortons at this late time, but nope! The young blonde man and blonde girl working together were so awesome! I wish I could’ve caught their names because they were fantastic! You can tell they actually enjoy working there! They were laughing, cracking jokes and smiling all while working fast and professionally! My drink was perfect! Iced Cappucino Supreme (Oreo). They made the place feel welcoming. Definitely a good team. My new go-to Tim Hortons for my Iced Cappuccino Supreme (Oreo) before work! Great work you guys!

Going through the drive through, the woman working the window just seemed bothered by customers in general. Don’t like your job or customers? Find another job! Ill never go to this location again. Sunday 8/3 at 3PM. Whoever works the window……awful customer service. Just awful. Very rude too just because she couldnt hear my through the speaker. Very disgusted.

Ordered 2 bacon farmers wraps. Literally just gave me 2 tortillas with a hashbrown and bacon…..really guys, really! Worst experience ever! Don’t understand the word assorted donuts either. Just threw in blueberry and regular glazed. I mean WOW!

The service was fast even with the drive thru line. The lady that took our order was very friendly and sounded happy. My order was correct and I am pleased very much with my service! Thank you to this Tim Hortons for being efficient!
