Apparently the owner dies not know or care that ny st health dept states that all persons are to use hats,caps,or hair nets while working with food. Beards also fall under the category of “hair” and are required to be covered with a net. There is one employee that works there that is constantly scratching and playing with his beard while handling the food this is so unsanitary. I saw this once and never went back.

Would have gave zero stars if possible. Went there and placed an order for French vanilla cappuccino with Carmel. Told the 6 pumps. Came to 4.67. Went back ordered the same thing two days later. Came to 3.36. After asking the Manager about this price difference she stated everyone outs the order in different. It should be put in the same all the time. How many other customers have been overcharged without being aware of this. I was asking for 2 shots of Carmel in the past. But was told 1 shot equals 3 pumps, and everyone was getting this wrong. My receipt showed different Carmel pumps and or shots each time. What a ripoff. How many other times was I overcharged along with others. Other Tim Hortons charged the price that I have gone to. Maybe a few pennies different. The Manager did not seem to even care when I addressed this issue. And as I said she told me “everyone put the order in different”. Not right. Everyone reading this check your receipts. May not seem much but this location is scamming money from everyone. Hopefully Corporate will read this.

Check your gift cards after use . Payed with a 50 gift card Liz at the window swapped out my gift card and gave me one with a zero balance. Drove back was given a hard time got card back but if I didn’t notice they would have kept it. She laughed at me and closed window in my face. Not sure what scam they are pulling but check card before you leave sure they have done it before to unsuspecting customers who are in a hurry or don’t pay that close attention. Should get no stars but would not let me post without hitting one

What happened? The coffee is weak. Flavorless. Bland. Their breakfast sandwiches are mediocre and overpriced. Donuts are consistently okay. Staff is friendly but I’m not paying $4 dollars for a cup of tea-flavored coffee with a smile. During peak hours, the line extends onto Transit Road, which is a hazard. I’m done with Tim Horton’s until they can get their -ish together. I just want a cheap cup of coffee that tastes like coffee without having to go to the Target Starbucks!

It was my first time at Tim Hortons this morning and I wasn’t familiar on how regulars usually order coffee there. Young male cashier was very rude and talked down to me. Talked to me as if I was supposed to know how to order. Was very impatient and not accommodating. Made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Should not be working as customer service if he does not have the patience to help customers. Horrible experience.

Ive been coming here for around 5 years, and they used to be really nice, but now – they constantly and consistently get my order wrong, have a bad attitude, are poorly trained, etc. I ordered 2 xtra large coffees w 2 creams and a shot of pumpkin spice – i got 2 large coffees with 1 cream each. I also got 20 assorted timbits – they gave me 3 varieties. Lastly i got a turkey bacon club, and that’s the only thing they got right. Im voting not to come here anymore. Tims on Walden/Central is like family by comparison.

Now tell me that that doesn’t look like someone took a bite out of my egg before I did. I took 3 bites from my sandwich this morning before I flipped it open and noticed something didn’t quite look right on the other side. I’m so disgusted and disappointed in my favorite breakfast chain! I went back and asked for a new sandwich, which I was granted but I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.

We can’t order food from this location because it is either over cooked, undercooked, old, cold, etc. Now it seems you can’t even get your coffee right. They are out of decaf at 7:15am even though they are a coffee place, sometimes the coffee just tastes like dirty water, sometimes it is Luke warm and sometimes it’s not what you ordered all together. They also don’t have straws or sleeves lots of the time. And, sometimes the drive thru is closed due to staffing shortage! I would like to know who the corporate manager and owner of this location is for this shop at transit and seneca near elma water tower and WHY ARENT THEY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS??? We customers are what keeps you in business and after reading these reviews it seems like you will have less and less as time goes by. Don’t you care about your business? Obviously you don’t care about the customers. Time to switch to different location even if it is out of the way because it will be worth the extra time and gas.
