Used to be my normal Horton’s until today (9-10-21) guessing new hires. Very rude, argumentative with my husband giving him medium tea when he ordered large (always). Huffed and took the tea’s back, 10 seconds later gave him the 2 large’s. After getting home, I opened one to stir it up and found a bug floating in the tea. Both went straight into the sink. Never will return to this location.

The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. Now for a 7 year old… that brightened her whole day! They were fast, food was excellent, and the customer service was a 10/10! This location is the best!!

The employees there aren’t clean. They don’t use gloves and for the strawberry kiwi drink they used old fruits and one of the employees smokes.

While Tim Hortons is absolutely not my favorite, occasionally I’ll get a gift card them for a holiday, and whenever I want to use up the gift card, I always try to go to this location over any other location, because the people here are literally the nicest people ever. I was just in a few minutes ago and they were patient as I’m not as familiar with the menu like a regular is, and helped me get a better deal on a meal and gave me an extra bag of tea in my tea per my request, even after I said not to, if it meant paying an extra fee.
That’s good customer service.

The workers dropped plastic lids all over the dirty floor. I saw my half made drink placed on the floor in order to pick up the lids that were not thrown away. When I received my food and drink, I felt uncertain about cleanliness.
It seemed a huge request to ask for napkins, and then I was only allotted two. Also, my donut was thrown on top of my sandwich, all sqooshed into a bag. As soon as I put the bag on the passenger seat, the donut rolled out! This place is too cheap! Do not go here! The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to!
This franchise should be taken away from the current owner.
