Went for a quick bite to eat. Apparently the third string was working. Was wondering why it took so long with 2 cars in front of me. Then after paying at the window, I watched 5 staff members mill about talking. My sandwich was set at the window, but the girl attending the window didn’t pay attention and instead kept waking back and forth talking to her coworkers. There’s too many other choices in the area to waste time with this place

Coffee type atmosphere. Not rushed but def a place to chat and settle down for a moment. The donut selection is decent. It’s not over the top with choices, but a good selection. The donuts are fresh and the bagel selection is great. The bagels and donuts are fresh in flavor and per my pastor who got the bagel sandwich ‘they do not skip out on the bacon.’

I wanted a Macchiato but they don’t do any other milk like soy or almond. Their coffee is decent, but a little weak for my taste. I also got a bagel sandwich with hash brown sticks. Sandwich was good, hash browns, not so much. It was busy (Sunday morning) and they got orders done quickly. They have wifi and outdoor seating as well.

I like Tim Hortons donuts because they are not packed to the death with sweetness, unless you order something like red velvet or chocolate timbits. The frosting is sweet and sugary, but the donut itself is nice and bread like, and so it’s not a sugar overload of disgusting-ness. Perfect for those who can stand things that are two sweet.

I was over charged and account ended up overdrafted. nearl 30$ for 1 coffee that took 35 minutes to make. I left there without my refund and now have to explain or fix this bank card issue!! Very angry that TIm hortons ruined my night! Nobody knew what they were doing at the window or the register and Im definitely not going to be able to resolve this bigger issue due to the negligence of whoever was working around 5 pm on 1/6/23!! I want someone to contact me immediately regarding this issue and if not I will call the nys attorney generals office. Tim hortons is out of control with all these errors, 5th time this month our order wasnt right and when I have to stop what iM doing or be late to where Im going bc I have to go back into the store 3-4 times to fix a wrong order, get a refund due to being severely overcharged.. Im over it! Long time customer of nearly 15 years and ready to be a customer to a coffee and bake shop who knows how to take the order right and not screw up customers bank cards or short them on change! Its not just this location either its at a lot of them and corporate cant seem to get a handle on this garbage occuring over and over again! how do you manage to screw up and over charge for 1 large coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugar??? its the most basic order! Tired of tim hortons ready to boycott them!
