I thought it was going to be some kind of express knockoff given that it’s attached to a gas station. But it’s not. This is the real deal folks. Get your Canadian coffee and doughnuts (both better than Dunkin) at a real Canadian coffee chain. Live the good life.

They literally have the worst staff working at this location. They are lazy to make your drink, always miss something on it, and as soon as they give you the order they walk away so you have to sit there and honk for them to come back. Once they come back they literally are eating the tim bits and make me wait for them to finish chewing for them to be able to speak. If you have time just drive to another location where you have staff that cares about their jobs and proper customer service. Also there’s never a time that i went there that the drink came out tasting the same, even though i get the same drink each and everytime. Each person who works here just makes it how they want.

It’s nice and clean, well organized. They have great croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and the avocado toast is delicious. Good selection of coffee and tea beverages, donuts. The staff are friendly and on point. Not sure if it’s the owner or mgr but he is great. I really can’t say enough good things about this place!

There’s not a person in this place that speaks any English I have came in to buy a donut has a drink you name it and I literally can’t hand the person my money and walk out with the item I want because they have no idea what I’m saying and they just look at me without saying anything like I’m crazy for being in the store trying to purchase something. This location is in the middle of smithtown find some workers who speak English

First time getting Tim Hortons because why not? Gets a frozen drink and then they give it to me saying they were out of straws. Like, ok? Then why didn’t you tell me before I bought it? And they are out of straws until the next day? Its like 9:30 on a Monday and a Tim Hortons doesnt have straws for their coffee drinks? I know this is so annoying and karen-like to complain about but THIS is what got me: they moved the donut shelves and found an old straw on the floor thats probably been there god only knows how long and they tried to give me that. Thats SO unsanitary!! Disgusting. Then when I asked for a refund, the gave me less money than the item costs. That was horrible service and now i’m never going back. They’re lucky the gas station they’re in is so cheap. Like, i hate complaining ok? But this was just awful service. Really disappointed.

This is the second time my order is wrong. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese belt on a plain bagel. That has sausage, egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo on plain bagel. I got a bacon with two tomatoes and no lettuce on burnt bread. I also order sausage egg and cheese croissant and got bacon. My sausage wrap was correct and my ice coffee drink but that is it. I would of understood if they didn’t have sausage but the rest of my order had sausage in it. also it was set up for a refund if they didn’t have what I wanted. It is uncalled for.
That first order that was messed up was an oreo ice cap with cream and was made with milk. And my 4 cream, 3 sugar with mocha hot coffee was made just black coffee. Know how to do your job

I’ve tried this location multiple times and have always had a problem getting my food. Whether it was from wating 15 minutes for a single item or not receiving all the items paid for. The straw that broke the camels proverbial back was having the drive-thru worker ending my order while in the middle of taking it. Only to then say that they could not hear me despite the fact that they apparently could earlier.
