I will never go to that location again. And I will never prepay for anything at Tim Hortons. Lesson learned.
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons recently, and I want to give a special shoutout to Khizra! She was incredibly polite, professional, and kind. It’s always refreshing to be greeted with such a warm attitude—it really made my day. The service was fast, my order was perfect, and Khizra handled everything with a smile. She’s a great example of excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!
There seems to be 30 different people that work here, but none of them ever seem like thy want to help you. When you do stand there long enough for them to help you they just kind of wander over indifferently. When they start helping they are always confused.
The most frustrating part is the coupons in the app never work and they just take this surprised position like the consumer and the store share the same Accountability with whether or not the coupon should work. Strange. And very Bad for the Tim Hortons brand jn such a new market for them.
I’d rather walk into a 7-Eleven and pour my own coffee at this point. It’s faster and I don’t have to beg someone to do their job. Seems like the work ethic has completely disappeared these days.
No reason to return here.
