Kind staff, food is missing something, coffee is weak for me. 12 bucks for chicken sandwich muffin and coffee is insane to me. Food was a let down for me. Id go back if someone else wants that coffee. Ill stick to my mr coffee pot

Nice friendly and professional staff, our order was done in a timely manner. The hot chocolate and coffees are all very good. The inside is spotless clean as you can see by the bathroom picture. Love the little merch they sell here. It’s cute. The interior design and decoration is well thought, too fancy for Madawaska which makes it a great visit every time I stop here for drink and snack. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, no bad experiences so far. There’s enough parking for guests.

It’s currently October 17, 2023 and I’m eating a delicious and almost kinda spicy Sausage, Egg and Cheese English Muffin sandwich equipped with a side of a Blueberry Muffin and a Large Dr Pepper (no ice). They didn’t have the maple sandwich that I wanted to order but this’ll do just fine.
It’s a little odd for me to have a blueberry muffin as a side instead of a classic hash brown, but they had none.
Overall, the sandwich was far better than McDonalds and it was kinda sorta spicy, I like it. And it’s a bit healthier I suppose to have a muffin instead, I don’t like sweets much yet I didn’t yet have interest in the soup. But the Muffin wasn’t too sweet, it was just right hehe
The restaurant is clean, lots of seating, clean restrooms, very friendly staff, high speed Wi-Fi, lots of parking and things to do in the area including visiting the Four Corners Park and the Canadian Border!

A wonderful place to get Good Coffee and Relax! It was just recently renovated. I have been coming here for years. The drive thru is very convenient. I live there sandwiches and Bakery items also.

I have been meaning to do this for a while now. This Tim Hortons is by far the best running Tim Hortons and I’ve lived all over this country. I don’t know how they do it but they are the most efficient, fast and friendly staff. Forget the food and the coffee quality, I just want to compliment the staff. They are so friendly and warm every time I go through the drive through. If you have ever been at this drive through before, you’ll know James and Derek stick out a bit because of their familiar way of talking to guests but that’s not to say that the rest of the team aren’t all super friendly because they are! They have found the secret sweet spot somehow of how to be inviting and friendly while being quick and efficient. I would just like to give the whole team a giant heart felt kudos.

For the only coffee shop in town, you’d think they’d care just a little bit. Regularly card readers are down and then you’re stuck in the drive thru because they don’t have an exit lane, coffees are inconsistent, screen outside is black so 1/3 of the menu is missing, cant seem to keep staff. I’d understand if this was an independent coffee shop, mom and pop kind of deal, but this is a chain. The employees are always very kind, but it doesn’t excuse the inconsistency. It’s a top down issue.

Horrible, I ask for extra extra mayo on my ham and Swiss and they add less mayo then they would if I wouldn’t have asked, didn’t get my donut, the workers don’t care, they throw out swears like it’s nothing. Very unsatisfied with my food, get people who actually want to work, let alone know how to work.
