I want to preface this by saying that I worked in a pizzeria for years when I was younger so I know how it feels doing this type of job. If you like rude employees and never getting your overpriced food the way you asked, this is the place for you. I get having a bad day, but EVERY single time I call, the guy on the other end has an attitude. I literally feel like I have to beg them to make my chicken sub/chicken wings extra saucy and they blatantly refuse. They take my order like it’s not a problem but never not once has my food actually been extra saucy like I asked. It’s not just a one time mess up, they just dgaf. We asked them to cut our pizza into squares and they said “we’ll try”…I know it’s not that difficult, it just goes to show how little they care about your business. I guarantee the only reason they get any business at all at this point is because they’re the only pizza place around here that delivers. For the amount of money they charge, you should be able to get your food exactly how you want.
Update December 2025: made the mistake of ordering there again….not only did they not add extra sauce like I asked but they went extremely light on it. $47 for 20 wings and a personal pizza just for half the order to show up the exact opposite of how I asked.

I ordered around 8:00pm so I know it was kinda late but the guy who answered the phone had an attitude and was just mad. Got mad when I was trying to clarify my order, I’m glad I did because there was an extra calzone.
I also emphasized 3 or 4 times no ricotta cheese on any of the calzones at all. He said they don’t use ricotta but 2 of the 3 calzones had ricotta that I know of.
I tipped the delivery driver $20 to share with his coworkers being generous and I regret it. I forgot to check the food before hand, never ordering from here again.
Everytime I’ve ordered from here they’re shitty and something’s wrong or gross. I’ve worked in food service for around 5 years and there’s just no excuse for the service I’ve experienced in the last 2 years.

Delivery driver is amazing. Pj!!!!!!!! The management is horrible. We ordered all the time. Multiple times a week. Our order on this great day. They refused to fix an order They messed up!!! 1worker said it was no problem to replace. Then the store manager called back and was cussing and rude to coworker. Never again.

I get not liking your job, but somebody needs to teach whoever was working today some customer service skills. It’s pretty sad that after trying to call 3 times and being hung up on, they finally answer with crazy attitude. Then an hour later when they “delivered” the food, the door lady let them into my place of work and by the time I had come down 2 minutes later he left with my food and left a rude message in my voice mail. Absolutely unacceptable.

We have delivery often. When we call to order, they are always friendly. The delivery is timely, and the drivers are great. PJ even brings biscuits for (our dog) Moses! The food is fresh & yummy, but it’s the great service that keeps me calling.

The food is good but, i never get what I ask for with my pizza. I ask for extra sauce and well done.. I always get extra cheese, which I don’t like, and normal cooked lightly. It’s a recurring thing. Otherwise, they’re kind and deliver fast. Bit expensive

Excellent establishment. Managers and counter workers are always very nice. Always get the phone by the third ring, and seem perceptive to my needs while on the phone. Great food, especially for the newness of the restaurants. Only complaint is the high prices. Originated in a high-income area so they kept those prices here.
