Don’t eat here…Worst customer service and food…We ordered barbecue wings and hand tossed pizza online. When we walked in to pick up the order, the man said, “No wings.” We said okay, and asked for a refund for the wings. He said, “No refund, you paid online. I made you chicken tenders.” He literally replaced wings with chicken tenders, slather in barbecue sauce, yuck (see pic). Then we opened the pizza box and realized they gave us New York style and not hand tossed (see receipt pic for proof of order). When we told the man this, he was argumentative and said, “No, New York style.” No refund, no offer to make the order correctly and no apology for the mistake. Save yourself the money and trouble, don’t eat here.

Really great pizza with specials to please. The pie was awesome, the salad generously and the dressing surprisingly delicious. The free item included with the order was literal a small cheese pizza with the sauce on the side. They didn’t skimp on the cheese. Extremely reasonably priced soda and bottles of water.

Terrible customer service delivered an OLD COLD pizza and then tried to argue with me about it . Disputing the charge.
Update: tried this place again, they LIED and said they attempted to deliver. They did not come or call. One of the employees was extremely rude and dismissive over the phone even hung up in my face. When my boyfriend went up there they did not have the same energy. In fact, they were extremely scared and didn’t give us any problems. Turns out they NEVER made the pizza. They wanted us to come to pick it up instead of delivering the order. We paid a delivery fee and had to go pick up the order. I will be disputing the charge. I hope this place gets shut down soon.

Placed and order online at 1:22pm. Never received my order. Nobody answered the phone after holding for 2 hours, I went from the 8th spot holding to the first spot holding and the call ended. The only reason I ordered was because we are staying in a hotel near by since my power is out. Horrible experience and I’m having a hard time getting a refund.

DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! I called the murfreesboro rd location to see if they were open. Because of the snow storm. Iwas formed they were open. I preceded to place my order online. I paid over $50 and included a tip. My order was placed at 1238 I was shown it would arrive at 1:36 . The order never came. I have called the restaurant 3 times never a answer just an automated recording of my place in line. Called the delivery app Slice 4 times and they kept saying the were trying to reach the restaurant. It is now 2:37pm I have no food delivered. I can’t get answer or response from the restaurant. How are they not answering when I just talked to someone earlier. The app says there open , they are taking orders online but not delivering the food is crazy too me. This was food I ordered to feed my elderly parents whom are stuck inside and can’t drive because there is a major power outage and ice everywhere. I was just trying to make sure my family eats because they wanted food from them. Now reading these horrible reviews don’t understand how they are still inbusiness.$50 I spent for nothing now I have to spend more money at another place just to make sure family can eat. This service is horrible and despicable in these circumstances of the weather. To just take people’s hard earned money like this is beyond unacceptable. I even trued calling the other location near music row and the same foolishness there too. I am boycotting this place. I’m taking this to every social media site. Im posting these reviews everywhere I can.pleaseplease please don’t patronize such a disgusting restaurant with terrible customer service. They don’t need another penny of Nashvillians hard earned money. They aren’t worth it.

I am very disappointed in how the people at the restaurant act there. I simply was calling them back because someone had called me letting me know that they were out of pesto. When I called back, the guy on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I tried to call back 3 times and each time they declined my call. This is just bad customer service and the food is not as good as I was hoping. Pizza was dough was tough. The cheese had a weird smell to it, like it had been sitting out for a bit. I also waited almost an hour and a 1/2 for my order to even get done.

Nice people, clean store. I ordered my pizza in advance. They recommended I come by in 20 minutes, I showed up 5 minutes early my pizza was already out of the oven. I got back into my car to find that my pizza was barely even cut, more of a “we recommend you rip it here” than an actual cut and it was cold. How is my pizza cold when I showed up 5 minutes earlier than you told me? Again, good environment, kind people. My recommendation is go in person, eat it right away.

Ordered online since it’s 2025 tracking info said it was delivered it was however not I called the local 615 number and got a random overseas call center. They must use and overseas answering service that has no idea what’s going on. Then got hung up on and had to call back. I ordered DELIVERY so I didn’t have to leave my house (physically disabled and slipped a disc in my back so it’s hard to walk) then the guy who is delivering it calls and says I have to come get it and he wasn’t walking up to my apartment (second floor literally like 6 steps) and I approach his car and he hands me this small box and I go upstairs to my apartment to find out their “medium” is most places small. The pizza was cold and subpar. Overall a very poor experience from start to finish there is a dominos right down the street on the left by the circle K order there you’re better off
