This place will be my regular for Indian food!
Service was quick , it’s chipotle style ordering and you can pick your base rice , protein ( there’s veggie options like tofu , chickpea , paneer), many sauces and toppings! I wanted something simple so I got cilantro rice , tofu, green chicken and butter masala as a “ sauce” . The guys were really quick in setting up my bowl and checking me out! I got a large amount for $12.93!!! Which is super affordable for downtown.
Place itself is easy to find , it’s very brightly lit – a bit overly sterile, but hey they just opened up! Would like to see more decor – but not a big deal!

I recently visited Tikkaana and the food and customer service was great! It reminds me of an Indo fusion form of Chipotle or Bullritos where you pick your rice, meat, toppings, and sauce with a cool twist. The bowl was very flavorful and filled with many different spices to make the palate happy. The staff was very accommodating in making sure that they gave suggestions on what to pair with what. The only suggestion I would have is to have more options for toppings so there can be a wide variety. I will definitely be going back. I might stop in today!
