Tikka bowls are typically made with a base of rice, which is topped with marinated and grilled chicken, vegetables, and a variety of flavorful sauces. The chicken in a tikka bowl is usually seasoned with a blend of Indian spices, such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric, which gives it a distinct and delicious flavor. Tacos, on the other hand, are a Mexican dish that typically consists of a flour tortilla that is filled with a variety of ingredients, such as seasoned meat, Curry, cheese, lettuce, and salsa. Tacos can be made with a variety of meats, such as beef and chicken

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were genuinely excited to talk about the food and share the story behind the restaurant, which made the experience feel much more personal than your typical quick meal.
The concept is really unique, blending Indian flavors with Mexican-style dishes, and it works surprisingly well. The menu lets you customize bowls, tacos, and other items with different proteins, sauces, and spice levels, so whether you prefer mild flavors or something with real heat, there’s an option for you.
We decided to try the naan tacos, and they absolutely hit the spot. The naan makes an amazing base, soft and flavorful, and the fillings were packed with bold spices and fresh ingredients. Every bite had that perfect balance of comfort food and something a little adventurous.
Another highlight was the drink selection. They offer specialty beverages from India, including beer, which added a fun cultural touch to the meal.
On top of the great food, the portions were generous and the value was excellent. You leave feeling like you got a fantastic meal and a great experience without breaking the bank.
If you’re looking to try something different in Orlando and want flavors that really stand out, Tikka Bowls and Tacos is definitely worth a visit. We walked in randomly and left already planning our next trip back.
I had a bowl with paneer, fake chicken, cilantro lime rice, Tikka tomato curry sauce and a kind of mango chutney. I also added some plain naan. It was VERY good!
The help was especially good. He could sense it was my first time visiting and he offered to walk me through all the options and flavor profiles. Once I sat down and got a taste of my custom creation, they came to check on me and ensure everything was to my liking. They also kept a close watch on the dining area and made sure everything was kept very clean. It’s a smallish cafe, 15 or so tables, but not a single table had any litter leftover from prior customers (unlike many other quick service restaurants you visit).
The location is very close to my hotel and I will be back!
Unfortunately, I ate all of my food, but here’s a picture of the restaurant.
The only thing was the very strong cleaning chemical smell when the floors were mopped mid meal. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.
Sorry for the half eaten pic, after a few bites I realized I should review this spot!
I had two tacos, one chicken and one beef, served on naan bread instead of tortillas, and they were absolutely delicious. The portion size was more than enough, but I couldn’t resist ordering a side of garlic naan too. That ended up being like dessert, warm, flavorful, and totally worth it.
It’s a counter-service spot where they build your meal as you order. There’s some indoor seating, but I took mine to go.
