Literally first time trying there. I was immediately impressed by the scenery and definitely impressed by the cocktails and the taste was phenomenal. Sam Patty was our bartender. Service was excellent. She is very knowledgeable about all the drinks on the menu and recommended ones that was super helpful. We tried quite a few drinks and each one was beautiful decorated and tasted AMAZING. Definitely will be back.!

The atmosphere was stellar, the burger was scrumptious. The place was busy and the service was great. Just did not love the drinks. I love the presentation of the drinks, but not the taste of the drinks. My first drink was overly sweet and then the other one tasted like gasoline. I still highly recommend the place, super fun place.

Finally had a chance to try out. Staff is attentive and friendly. Cocktails are reasonably priced and delicious, although the drink menu was a little overwhelming for me. Didn’t eat so cant speak for the food.

The atmosphere was electric with DJSounDevice.The bar tender was Courtney. He was genuinely nice, and made wonderful drinks while looking out all the tables and customers at the bar and me, who came in alone, only to feel welcomed in while he helped me decide on my drink.

Ciara was amazing !!! This was my fiancé and I first time here and she was kind, helped us figure out the most amazing food and it was so much fun!! Also shoutout to Justin cause the food is amazing !! I wish I took a photo of my food but I ate it too fast. We will be back.

Stopped for drinks on a Saturday night. It was busy and had a 45 minute wait for a table, instead we ordered at the bar and took our DORA cups outside. It’s a cute, fun atmosphere. The drinks were good and the outside seating was pleasant.

The atmosphere of this place is the coolest. The decorations were so cool. So much to look at. It creates the perfect experience. Just what we were looking for on a Saturday night for something cool and different. The drinks had a super cool presentation. Fit the vibe perfect and had a wow factor. The taste of my drink was so sour- it was painful to finish. Our table shared a plate of loaded tots- and it was AMAZING! A great portion……and amazing flavor! The service was also incredible. They give a time limit on your table which does put a pressure on to finish drinks quick.

Tiki underground is definitely a spot I’m returning to. It was perfect for date night, as the food was amazing, especially the crab rangoons and the blackened chicken street tacos. Going to have to try the shrimp tacos next time. And our bartender Travis gave crazy good service! He had a wide knowledge of all the drinks & liqour and made fantastic cocktails. The atmosphere added to the experience as well, as it looked so tropical! If you are ever near front st. in Cuyahoga Falls, come to Tiki Underground!

The drinks here are really good they really are a great example of classic tiki. The service is here is great the servers are really helpful in telling you what they recommend and helping you find something you will like. They are also reasonably priced for how strong they are. The kahiki Kai is amazing a very unique cocktail that tastes reminiscent of a pineapple upside-down cake. I would also like to point out the food is really nice here. I the crab lagoons and buffalo cauliflower where both excellent. Both where very crispy even drenched in sauce. The place is small but it never feels to loud. Parking is mainly street parking but there is a free lot nearby. I do want to say the themeing inside is excellent. It really feels like you left ohio. But one big downside to this place is the amount of technical difficulties our server had which turned out evening into a long one almost everything you ask for another round the ipads would be down. With 3 rounds of drinks for the table we should have been out in an hour or less but we was there for an one and a half to almost 2 hours. But the places is nice inside so we didn’t really mind it but it definitely could be a turn off for people.
