Great ambience and a fun vibe! The staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling. Drinks are pricey but uniquely presented. Portions are generous — if you order appetizers, be prepared to take some of your main course home. Our party of 7 had a great time. There was a small mix-up with my son’s fried rice order, but they quickly fixed it. Free 3-hour parking nearby is a big plus, and the outdoor seating looks perfect for spring and summer.

We had a wonderful experience at Tiki Thai! The ambiance was very nice, and the restaurant had a fully stocked bar with plenty of drink options.
For starters, we ordered spring rolls, crispy tofu, and crispy Brussels sprout’s — the Brussels sprouts were a new item for us, and they were exactly as the name suggests — perfectly crispy and very tasty!
For the main course, we tried Thai curry (served with white rice), basil fried rice, pineapple fried rice, and drunken noodles. Every dish was flavorful and delicious — you can really taste the freshness in their ingredients.
Even though we didn’t have a reservation and were a group of 10, the staff was very accommodating and seated us after a short wait. The bathrooms were also clean, which is always appreciated.
Another plus — free parking is conveniently available just opposite the restaurant.
Highly recommend Tiki Thai for anyone looking for great food, lovely ambiance, and excellent service!

Great selection of food and absolutely amazing drinks. In the evenings around 11 PM, the vibe changes and you can even dance because they have live DJ performances. It’s the perfect mix of delicious dining and fun nightlife. I definitely recommend making a reservation! ✨

Very nice Thai place next to Reston town center. Probably our favorite part was the decor and atmosphere. Really nice on a Friday night with good weather. They had all the windows and doors open and the patio seating is fantastic. They had a firepit going outside with couples drinking cocktails. Great vibe. Food was good – simple pad Thai and Panang curry. But no thrills or special prep. Food was probably a notch slightly below the atmosphere. Good but not excellent. Service was very friendly. Overall recommend for basic Thai food and nice atmosphere particularly if you can sit outside in the patio.

The atmosphere and vibe here are amazing, and I really loved the drinks. That said, they are quite pricey—as is the food. We ordered two appetizers, two entrées, and three drinks, and the bill came out to just under $200 at lunchtime. Unfortunately, the appetizers weren’t to our taste, but the main entrées were excellent and definitely worth coming back for. Next time, I’d skip the starters and just order an entrée to go, while probably grabbing drinks elsewhere. Service was excellent, and the ambience is fantastic—overall, I’d give it four stars.

Tiki Thai never disappoints! My husband and I went on a busy Friday evening with no reservation and were able to be seated immediately. I got my favorite dish, the drunken noodles with tofu, and he got the spicy basil with chicken. We both got drinks and they were very well made. Our service was great, per usual and we love the atmosphere and open concept of the restaurant. This is one of our local favorites and we will definitely be back!!

Tiki Thai has long been one of my favorite restaurants in Reston. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, and I’ve always enjoyed dining there.
However, during my most recent visit, I had an experience that left me uncomfortable. There were two of us — an Indian woman and myself, a Latina. The host initially guided us to a table at the very back of the restaurant, very close to the kitchen area, even though several tables were open toward the front. I asked if we could be seated elsewhere, and while we were moved to a front table, the host appeared visibly displeased by the request.
What made the situation more concerning was that other new customers were seated at tables in the front without hesitation. Then, just before we left, an Indian couple walked in and were also guided to the same back table. They, too, asked to be seated in the front.
I genuinely hope I am misinterpreting what happened. I have always enjoyed this restaurant and would prefer to believe there was another explanation. Still, the pattern we observed made the experience feel uncomfortable, and the optics were not good.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it’s taken constructively, as I would like to continue supporting a restaurant I’ve otherwise enjoyed very much

I have never been here before. The decorative glasses caught my attention. Came for my usual Saturday night cocktail. Was disappointed that these neat glasses don’t come with frozen, blended cocktails. I highly recommend you all get a blender. They are not time consuming. You can get one for $20 on Amazon and it takes only 30 seconds to blend and less than 2 minutes to wash in the dishwasher. I work in a restaurant that has one. Service was on point though. The bartender did make me a drink with shaved ice to make it appear frozen. Not the same thing but I did however enjoy it. I also did love your Christmas lights!

Slow, lackluster service. No water refills. Waiter rarely smiled. Food was average with too much sauce. Shrimp dumplings may have been pre-made and frozen. Pad Thai was average. Food was slightly spicy. We were not asked what spice level that we wanted. Restaurant is cute with colorful Christmas decorations.
