Each time we were told, very rudely, that they “don’t open until 5 PM” and that we needed to leave. If your hours have changed, updating Google literally takes minutes. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for showing up during the hours YOU have listed publicly.
On our most recent visit, we were told to “wait 5–10 minutes” and that they would serve us, only for the bartender to then snap at us that she was “still opening” and refuse service. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary.
The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is shocking. Hospitality should not feel hostile.
To make matters worse, when I came in previously while 7 months pregnant with a water bottle, I was told to take it back to my car. That should have been our sign not to return but we gave them another chance. Big mistake.
We will absolutely never come back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly service or a welcoming atmosphere.
The burgers are just cheap frozen patties that were way over cooked. They tasted funky, like a chemical taste to it. The patties were also burnt. It was essentially a hockey puck vs any imagination of real meat. 0/10. They were not good at all.
The kids nuggets were virtually processed cardboard. They clearly had been sitting out for a while and warmed up. 0/10. The 8 year old said they tasted funny, so I tried one and it did have a weird taste. Disgusting.
The fries, they were under-cooked. We didn’t even eat them. Hot on the outside and cold on the inside. Zero salt as well.
Not to leave out when I needed condiments; the guy literally threw his hands up, complained, and walked away as if it was my problem that someone else took all the mustard containers from its place.
Honestly, McDonald’s would have been a FAR better option for burgers and nuggets. These were absolutely disgusting. I don’t really recommend ever going here. If you’re in the area, go to Ukulele or In the Loop Brewing. Stay clear of this over priced dump.
AND MAYBE EVEN A COUPLE OF MISTERS WOULD DO WONDERS FOR THIS PLACE.
