This is my go to lunch spot. The atmosphere is lively and just right for a lunch stop. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The chips and queso are a must have. The chips and salsa are included for everyone. I typically stick to the lunch specials because for $10 you get a nice meal. The burrito comes with red sauce on top but you can ask for no sauce on the burrito. The quesadillas are large portions. The salads are big portions too and you have to try the Avocado ranch dressing-deelish.

My first time going to this establishment and it was a great experience. My daughter and I were craving Mexican so we decided to go on a dinner date and choose this place. When we first arrived we were greeted to what looked like a manager. Asking is how many in our party and whether we preferred indoor/outdoor seating. We replied with 2 and indoor. Once you step inside it’s like you’re in Mexico without providing a passport. Just aesthetically delightful! Our waitress Abigail took our drink orders and gave us a moment to select our apps and entree’s. I choose the passion fruit margarita that’s SOOOOOOOO GOOD and the Mario margarita. We choose Mozz sticks as an app while I selected the Fiesta Tacos ( chicken, beef & steak paired with rice, reffed beans, sour cream and pico de gallo) I substituted my reffed beans with plantains and added some avocado slices. My daughter has the Palomila Steak cooked perfectly topped with onions and mushrooms paired with rice and plantains. The staff constantly checked on us making sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They also have 50% off drinks on Wednesday from 9 pm to close! Great atmosphere and wonderful staff!

I was a local at this place for over 3 years. I once frequented this restaurant 3-4 times per week both for business lunch meetings and individually with friends and family. Then prices started going up. No biggie. Then staff started leaving. No biggie. Then service started to decline. No biggie. They turned it into club Mexican restaurant on a Thursday nights. Annoying but No biggie. There was an increase in bar fights. No biggie. The lunch/dinner specials quality started to decline (see the photo). No biggie. The thick layers of dust on all the decorations and dripping condensation from the AC vents. No biggie. The thing that turned me off was when they started charging for chips and salsa. I draw the line in the sand at chips and salsa. I can disregard the other stuff but charge me for a second basket of chips when I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this place. I’ll take my business elsewhere and apparently so have the other locals I’ve talked to.

Food was great and the $2 Draft Beer menu is a great value. Chips and salsa was fresh, and my Salinas Salmon Salad was fantastic. My wife had Fajitas which were also very good. Our server was friendly and on top of things. Can’t wait to go back.
