Worst experience ever! The poor waitress was doing her best, but several customers were waiting long periods for orders. We ordered and waited for at least 15 minutes before receiving the order. My husband had to return his burrito which was filled 75% with white rice & little meat. There was another 20 min wait to get a replacement burrito. I’m including a picture of what he was served.

So happy to see Victoria and Andrea there today. They had both been off for a short time. The service is definitely better when they are there. Our food was delicious, the tacos had more fillings in them than the previous few weeks. So happy they are back! They both are very attentive and pleasant they take the time to make sure my order is correct, that’s so important because I have a food allergy.

The food has become plain, but that is just muy opinion.
Let’s start with how full it was. It was just my wife and me.
The real problem started with the receiving of food. I was given the wrong order with the excuse that there were many orders to go of the same kind and the order was confused.
As for my wife they asked if she wanted all the salad vegetables that came with it. She just asked for lettuce and tomatoes.
Half way through her meal, after we received my right order, we noticed she never did get the side.
She reminded them that it was and we she got it, it wasn’t quite right, but we left it alone.
The lettuce wasn’t chopped up like it used to be in the past. Just chunks of lettuce.
Then the worst part. As I was finishing up my last taco, there was a hair in it that I pulled out of my mouth.
We then noticed that he wasn’t wearing a hair or beard net, both being long. Also, we noticed he wasn’t wearing gloves.
Over all, this place has gone down from what it used to be.

Seeing improvements Had a rough start coming here but have had some better experiences in recent times I beleive they got rid of some bad employees but certain food items need improvement the cinnamon sticks were rock hard they are supposed to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and and my beef queso had almost no beef in it whats so ever. But I still enjoyed other food items that i had so i do come in just not on Tuesday when its busy as hell for taco Tuesday

Ordered a burrito with just steak, Mexican rice, and black beans only. What I got was six pieces of steak, a half scoop of rice, a handful of beans, and a bunch of other items not wanted such as sour cream, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, and lettuce. Not what I ordered and not able to eat due it being smothered in sour cream, tomatoes, and jalapenos. Would not recommend to anyone. Pretty hard to mess up a simple order

I placed an order online to pick up. When I got to my car I checked the order , like I always do. I noticed how light the tacos were and that the cheese was only half full. I went back in and mentioned that they were skimping on the portions. The staff stated they were under new management and he is super picky with the portion sizes. I paid $20 for this meal, and I received maybe $10 worth. Terrible

The food was pretty good. Definitely tasty and generous. I had the shrimp quesadilla with tortilla chips. I just can’t figure out why one needs to pay an additional $2.99 for a side of queso cheese.
Nachos and cheese customarily goes together hand in hand and I think this is taking advantage of a consumer’s desire for this favorite combo by charging extra for cheese.
That would be like Cracker Barrel charging extra for their gravy if you wanted it on your mashed potatoes.
Regarding the atmosphere, THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD! Your Stuart, FL location has the same issue as well. Please rectify this annoyance. I had to raise my voice when I speak to my wife and vise versa when we engaged in dinner conversation.
My son has autism, and refuses to eat there as he is hypersensitive to loud noises.
This place gets kudos though as their wall of fame highlights their contributory efforts financially to their local community.

The food here is tasty, yummy and fresh. The sauces are what keeps me and my wife going back again and again. Chips are served warm and I love it’s crunch. Servings are reasonable size. The place is neat and hygienic. Service is excellent and staff is forthcoming. A must go place for a hot bite.

This location is extremely unprofessional. The general manager, Victoria Syed, was incredibly rude. I came in for the Veterans Day deal, and she walked up to the register talking on her personal phone. During my order, she took another call and seemed completely unaware of what was going on with today’s promotion. The previous time I came it took 40 minutes to make a chicken quesadilla to go. The food is not worth the visit. Today the restaurant had just opened and was messy and unclean. Her hair was unkempt, definitely not appropriate for a manager handling food but a reflection of how she runs the restaurant. Her attitude and lack of professionalism were disappointing.
