I ended up getting my food to go because I had to go pick my dad up from the hospital which is near by. Once I got to the hospital, I decided to eat my food while I was waiting for him to come out, so it was less than 10 minutes after getting the food. I thought it smelled a little weird but I cut into the chimichanga and noticed there was chicken in it when it was supposed to be a black bean chimichanga. I went back real quick to get it made right and you’d think they’d compensate you in some way for having to come back to the store to have something made right but no. I don’t even believe just a black bean dish should be as expensive as one with meat. Whatever. So I go back to the hospital and I’m waiting in the parking area again so I tried eating it again. This one, while it was just black beans, tasted absolutely terrible because it was soggy and tasted like well used oil. There was just a bunch of tomatoes and a few onions on it when there was supposed to be lettuce and jalapeños as well. There was hardly any beans in it too. The chips even tasted like the bad oil and were stale. I couldn’t eat any of it. What a waste of $18 and my time. This place used to be decent but it seems to have really gone downhill.

I love Tijuana Flats, but I’m getting a bit frustrated. I usually go several times a week. I almost always order a salad. It’s hoi or miss whether I actually get guac to salsa (my choice of “dressing”). Today I’m eating a salad that did not include either. Usually it’s one or the other. But I’m on my lunch break and don’t want to drive back to get them. So I get to eat my boring salad today.

I grew up on Tijuana flats. Been going for decades. Once they were sold, it went downhill and I stopped going. Recently decided to give my ole favorite a try again and boy was I glad I did. It reminded me of the og Tijuana flats from back in the day. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly and nice. I received every single item I ordered which is hard to get around town when ordering takeout. I don’t know what change this location has made but it definitely is a positive one and they have earned a “new” customer. So, def go check them out, tell your friends and be happy that Tijuana might just be……back!

These were horrible tacos. Ordered ” Mega tacos” paid extra $2 per taco and the tacos were wimpy thin tacos. You can get better tacos at TB. That’s sad to say. Not all Tijuana Flat locations are the same. St Cloud store had great tacos! Will not go back to the Clermont store again.

It’s Tijuana Flats so you already know the quality of food you are getting. My issue with this location is that there appears to be only one individual covering the front of the store. They had to clean every table, take every order, and deliver all the food. How can you expect a good customer experience if none of us can be greeted and tended to because one person is spread so thin?

So glad this location has brought back a previous manager. Food and service quality had suffered recently but we gave it another shot today and the food was hot, service was fantastic, fast, and friendly and we’re excited to put TFlats back in our restaurant rotation. Highly recommend everyone give it another try!

I’ve been coming to this Tijuana Flats on and off for years, and it used to be great. The food was always fresh and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and actually seemed happy to be there. They’d offer refills and check in, and it just felt like a place that cared.
My visit today was the complete opposite. The staff looked miserable, the food tasted stale, my order wasn’t right, and everything just had no flavor at all. It’s really disappointing because this location used to be one of the good ones. I don’t know if they changed operators or what, but something has definitely changed for the worse.
The other Tijuana Flats locations in Florida are still solid, but this one has gone downhill. I won’t be coming back.

Waited by the counter about 5 minutes while they were chatting in the back. Young lady didn’t even make eye contact with me when she approached. I told her I was waiting for an order, I saw my order on a shelf on the side. She then grabbed the empty cups for my order, fills them up and places it back on the shelf and walks away. Absolutely no eye contact and not a word came from my mouth. Horrible customer service never again.

Food was good, customer service was excellent, restaurant atmosphere was ok. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas. They is plenty of parking in the shopping plaza.
We ordered the Dueling Queso as a started, one of our favorites. I had their Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl, it was so very well seasoned and they gave you a lot of food. My husband ordered a Burrito topped with Queso and he made it a meal which added Rice and beans to it.
Everything was delicious. One thing I liked was that the sauce bar has lids for any sauce you might want to pack and bring home with your leftovers and it also has small paper bags for you to pack up your leftover chips. They also gave me a top that fit my bowl which made it easy to bring home without worrying about it spilling over in the car.
I gave it a 4 because the bathrooms weren’t as clean as they should have been and the indoor dining area felt and looked a bit dingy maybe it was due to the lighting and outdated.
