The ceiling is interesting. There are so many sauce options. The food came out a little bit slow but the service was good. Ordered the lime shrimp. The shrimp was too salty.

Ordered 3 soft tacos mega style which means extra meat and cheese. Came out as hard shell, I nicely said I ordered soft, and the girl running food was very disgruntled to take the food back. After 15 minutes watching everyone eat for the 3 tacos to be made in the empty restaurant, I got these tacos, and when asked if it was mega, she said yes and walked away.
It also was not a taco Tuesday for cheaper tacos and each taco is an additional 1.99 to have the extra meat

Is an amazing location, with ample parking, and a full dining room. Plus the bathrooms are huge! Everything is very clean and the staff is incredibly attentive. The food is fresh, although I definitely think it does need hot sauce on it as it is under seasoned for my palette. The decor is vibrant and the ’90s music is nostalgic. They always have some special going on every day of the week, and 10% off if you are a teacher anytime.

Nothing FLAT here!!!! What a fun place to eat. Decor is VERY bright and colorful. Staff was absolutely AMAZING. Not only extremely tentative, but kind and happy. Constantly asking guest if they needed anything and making sure the place was spotless. Their takeout is very organized and right up front. Food tasted great and presentation was good. A nice place to enjoy with young ones also without typical restaurant hassles. Also my nieces and I had “who can eat the hottest sauce contest”. We tried their hottest sauce. WOW!

We were forced to come to this location after they decide to close down Boynton Beach store, and ever since that, we always have a problem here. Today , 01/20/26 8:18PM, we have the worse experience. We ordered a large guacamole ( unfortunately I did not take a picture) and got a container half way full with some brown guacamole that looks like that have been picked on and sitting out for a while. Instead my boyfriend asked for another one, he gave the server the container and after she grabbed with a “sour face” it took the server ( who seems to be overworked and unhappy ) good 5 minutes in the back doing God knows what to bring it back. Each time we go is a different problem. Unfortunately I haven’t seen the lovely girl “they” that use to charge, and serve us anymore .

This place has the best hot sauces that I have had. My favorite one is the one featuring the Carolina Reaper. They have an excellent service and when ordering take out, you don’t have to wait that long. The atmosphere was pretty great and enjoyable. I would recommend looking at their menu before ordering anything. The regular salsa was pretty good and the cheese sauce was nice too just a little salty for me. I would definitely go back for their Cilantro Lime Rice. That was pretty fire. I hope they sell it individually as an entree.

Chips were sparse. It was basically remnants of all the broken chips from the end of the bag.
People were nice, didn’t listen when we asked for hot temperature ground beef, not the cold meat we got.

This restaurant has EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Food is done ok but it will take at least 40 minutes to get your food after you order. The people are nice but just UNGODLY slow and it may be because they are severely under staffed. I want to stress the people who work there are very professional and nice.

Tried to order online through app and got the ever spinning wheel. Called, was put on hold. Drove to the store as it was on our way…still on hold. Placed a take out order and let them know we were on hold. Came back 20 minutes later…still on hold. No one to take orders/pickups when we arrived. Only one waiting for food and no one to talk to, no one to ask about food…still on hold. Total time to order/pickup an hour…discussed the hold situation…left the store…still on hold. App completed order after we left. What happened to this place?

I haven’t been to Tijuana Flat’s in maybe 3 years. So I decided to order ahead after work to grab dinner on the way home since there was a location close to me. I ordered the tacoTuesday dos taco meal and made it a combo by adding a side of rice for $1.89. I was literally given a shot of rice and the rice was not cooked. I also waited at the counter for 5 minutes with no one greeting me or asking me if I had been helped. I’m not a happy customer tonight.
