At Tijuana Flats in Orlando, we make our food to order using
the freshest ingredients prepared the same day you enjoy them. Even our queso,
guac, and salsa are made from scratch every day. That’s just how we roll.
At our Hot Bar, you’re the boss of the sauce. Add a hint of
heat, a touch of sweet, or douse your dish with a five-alarm fire. Our Hot Bar
is loaded with an assortment of tangy, smoky, sweet, and spicy sauces.
Tijuana Flats’ entrées include burritos, burrito bowls,
chimichangas, dos tacos, flautas, fresh salads, nachos, and quesadillas. Guests
have their choice of tortilla with flour and wheat, as well as hard and soft
corn with tacos.
Kitschy Mexican chain restaurant known for an extensive hot sauce bar & colorful, muraled walls.

Charlotte was excellent! She took great care of us, helped with menu questions and even alerted to NOT have the salt on the chips. Great attitude! She was doing ordering, delivering food, cleaning tables, refilling drinks, doing it all! And kept smiling! Great visit. Burrito Bowl was good. Fresh and hot Cilantro Rice, Chicken and Beans. Amazing flavors.

I visited this place at night and was impressed by the inviting environment and friendly staff. It was my first time there, and I decided to try the rice bowl. Since it was Thursday, they had a special, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size. You can choose your protein—I opted for beef and shrimp. The highlight for me was their sauce bar, which offered a great variety, mostly on the spicier side. I especially enjoyed their sweet hot sauce. Overall, a great experience!

There’s nothing I like about this chain restaurant except the sauce bar. It would be hard to imagine a staff that cared less in both the front and back of house. Just poor showings on everything ordered in a town that already has so many better Mexican restaurants.

Used to love this place, now it’s just another shrinkflation scam spot.
I paid 16 dollars for 3 tacos and got 3 tiny baby tacos and a handful of chips, not even enough to feed a cat with. Disgraceful
Check your food before you leave with it so they don’t try to scam you as well.

Came here for some tacos and I got some baby tacos. Should have gone to chipotle .
I was going to give it one star but I went with two due to the cute girl at the counter

I was told to go here for the sauce bar, and it was pretty great! There were 4 sauces that were pretty amazing for my taste buds. They were there sweeter, more mild ones which was a little disappointing. The hot ones weren’t super flavorful. The food was delicious! The atmosphere is pretty cool.

First step is to avoid the enormous anthill by the front door. Do yourself a favor, and take the concrete path instead of the “shortest route” to the door. Missed this in the dark.
If you can manage to get to the door though, the portions here are as incredible as their low prices. Can’t speak to their alcohol as I didn’t have any, but their food is very good. Knocked off one star from food because even their hottest sauce (Carolina Reaper and Habanero) is watered down with a subpar aftertase. It’s like the capsaicin is left and the flavor has been filtered out.
Regardless, I won’t hold that against them. I have an incredibly hunger for spice, and most places don’t even come close to having these offerings. Try the sauce anyway, it might just be me.
