That’s just how we roll. At our Hot Bar, you’re the boss of the sauce. Add a hint of heat, a touch of sweet, or douse your dish with a five-alarm fire. Our Hot Bar is loaded with an assortment of tangy, smoky, sweet, and spicy sauces. Tijuana Flats’ entrées include burritos, burrito bowls, chimichangas, dos tacos, flautas, fresh salads, nachos, and quesadillas. Guests have their choice of tortilla with flour and wheat, as well as hard and soft corn with tacos.

Ordered 1 item and evidently the cook did not read the ticket. Instead of light beans, my burrito was swimming in black bean soup to the point it was running down my forearms.
Very disappointing and not a good dining value. For the same amount of money there are several other choices in the same shopping center.
Other than the Taco Tuesday special I do not intend to eat here anymore and will delete the Tijuana Flats app once I’ve redeemed existing points. The brand has been in decline for a couple years now so presumably upper management is oblivious to what their franchisees need to improve operations.

What
I got a Tijuana salad, I customized this item. I selected black beans, refried beans with none of the dairy toppings (cheese and sour cream) and didn’t add any meat option. Basically the vegan version. It was a decent portion and it was very filling. I got a service of chips with it and a salsa. My friend and I also got the limited time flauntas. These were very soft and crispy at the same time!
Environment
This is in the same plaza where sprouts supermarket is and bolay. There are seats outside which was a beautiful day the day I went. There is plenty of seating inside as well. Overall I think the locations are pretty standard. There are a lot of parking spots as well.
Niceness of the staff
Super nice staff. She was able to process my order. Had the patience. I sat outside and they brought the food out when it was ready. I had yo ask for a to go box! Cause it was too much for 2 people!

Great customer service, the food was good and the ambiance was nice.
We ordered the Dueling Queso appetizer which was delicious. We love this appetizer because I like the white queso and my husband enjoys the yellow queso. This gives us both options.
We also had the cheesy steak flautas which were great. They give you a lot of food so we packed our leftovers and ate them the next day.
Will definitely visit this location when I’m in the area. It’s located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. It’s clean and as mentioned customer service was great. Friendly Professional staff.

I ordered the Baja Fish tacos. My meal was hot so that’s always a bonus. Chips were fresh. Salsa was alright and the fish was tasty though I am unsure if it’s sustainably sourced, so if that is a must, forewarning now. The place is cozy and very nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and the vibe was nice. Overall, if you’re in the mood for some decent tacos then give Tijuana Flats a try.

I’m done with this location. Two times in a row they’ve gotten my to-go orders wrong. The second time, I knew to check while I was still in the parking lot. Out of three Dos Tacos orders, two had incorrect toppings. And they didn’t place the orders in the right boxes so it was next to impossible for the counter worker to understand what needed to be corrected. Also, no apology for the hassle. This isn’t the level of service I’ve come to expect from TFlats.

Cashier brought food to table and the taco brushed up against her hand. She said sorry then walked off. Pretty gross, and I didn’t want to send it back because who knows what could happen at that point. Management please train your employees that if they accidentally touch the food in bringing it to the table you should offer to go get another item.

I won’t lie, I come here for the hot sauce bar, as they usually have new (to someone that visits once or twice a year) options. You can also buy the bottles from them directly.
