Manager was real rude when coming to talk to me about the kids eat free code that I had forgotten about when ordering. He was real dismissive and didn’t even try to find a solution. We come here regularly and it was really upsetting. Be better to your customers.

This team rocked!! We showed up with a huge group after a game, which happened to be in the last hour this store was open. Kudos to the team lead who took them from one register to three, made sure everyone has drinks and appetizers, and provided amazing service. Great job!!

Ordered online & my order was cancelled. No reason was given. I get there to pick up my food at expected time & see my order cancelled via email. No apologies given … nothing. Just told to repay again (even though my account is still on hold from my initial cancelled transaction). Then they forget half my food and utensils. They all need retraining and customer service!

Not family friendly. I changed my baby when I first got here in the bathroom and the changing table was nasty. I had to use my baby’s wipes before I could set him down. On the way to the table I noticed he spit up in his shirt. When I changed his SHIRT before our food came out a employee approached me and said a manager sent her out to tell us we can’t change his shirt at the table. He is only a few weeks old. We always ask for unsalted chips with no problems but this time they were overcooked and tasted burnt. I didn’t bother telling anyone since no one came to the table after we got our food like normal. I will not be coming back to this location.
