BYOF: Bring your own forks…just saying.
Small place with bad, loud music.
The nice girl taking our order…she was great.
Our son ordered a plain hard taco with only cheese….none of the meat, rice, tomatoes, lettuce…just lots of cheese. They brought out a hard taco with a literal sprinkling of cheese. I asked if he could have more…since that’s all that was in it…Milli-Vanilli said that’s all they come with, as he flicked his hair…and we didn’t ask for extra. I said…wow…he brought back a small cup of shredded cheese. Thanks bruh.
Then…when the rest of the food came out (wet burritos and a nacho salad plate) we were given spoons and knives. Huh? Yep.
Asked for some forks…Milli-Vanilli said they were out of forks…sorry.
Really? They are in a shopping center…go get forks. Btw, they were also out of blacked chicken and sour cream.
And…the food was just kind of luke-warm. Nothing really hot.
Really disappointed in this TF. We use to frequent the one in Raleigh, NC….and it was good and hot. This one…nah.

I had a great experience at Tijuana Flats, and a big part of that was the general manager, Jamal. You can instantly tell how much pride he takes in his store. Even though the lunch rush had just wrapped up, the restaurant was spotless and well organized. The hot sauce bar was fully stocked and clean—clearly not an afterthought.
Jamal’s attitude is admirable and his smile is contagious. He sets the tone for the entire place. The food is consistently good, and Jamal’s leadership and attitude make the experience even better.

I forgot how good and affordable this place is. What a pleasant surprise! I was there on 2-17-26. The cashier at the front has great customer service and she’s very attentive. The food was delicious and portioned well. I was full for hours. I will definitely be back again!

I was a huge supporter of Tijuana Flats. My family and I would always order burritos and bottles of the Jason’s Mom sauce. Unfortunately, I can no longer support due this location taking my money, lying about returning it, and then not answering any of my messages regarding the issue. I can not stand being given the run around about my money, especially when I’m always supporting this restaurant. This situation definitely put a bad spin on my experience.

I came in for lunch around 3:30 PM, and the place was literally empty. Jamal took my order, but he seemed tired and made me feel like he was doing me a favor by taking it. He wasn’t friendly at all, and at a certain point it felt like he was giving me attitude simply because I wanted to order additional items.
The food itself was good, but unfortunately the service was very poor and really affected the overall experience.

I tried this place based on friend’s recommendations, I was not disappointed at all! The food was good. They have sauce bar with different varieties of sauces! I ordered multiple items – everything was good but all stars to Mexican pizza! Loved it.. the girl at desk was very nice! I will be back!

Out of the PLENTY of times I’ve eaten at other locations I’ve never received steak with this shape, smell, texture or flavor. It was so dry and just old looking and tasting. Also tacos were extremely soggy for no reason. Time from ordering to pick up to getting home was only about 15 minutes. Really disappointed I was served this food for $15
