Tiger Fish on Block Island offers a casual dining experience with a decent selection of Asian-inspired dishes. While the food was certainly edible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. The flavors were average, and the portions were generous. The service was friendly, but the overall experience was just okay.

Of all the places we went for food on this island, this is the best one! They’ve decent food choices and drinks. I enjoyed the fried rice in pineapple (could’ve been spot on with little more seasoning but I think that’s just subjective)! My friend had some seafood which she liked. Compared to other places, this place has decent choices for vegetarians/vegans. The prices were not that horrible as their portions are normal. Whereas we were disappointed at other renowned places where the food was expensive and portions are like baby meals!

Good food with a flair. Unique flavors try and mend their way into dishes like Bulgogi Beef Tacos (kimchi, coconut aioli, garlic naan) and Tiger Tots (pork ribs, ginger aioli). We had a Thai version of Mexican Street corn which was good and flavorful.
The ambiance was welcoming and the food had some interesting flavors that came close to working, but at times, they didn’t quite hit the mark. The menu featured a diverse selection of choices, and the service was attentive and friendly. While I’m not giving it five stars, mainly because some flavors were a bit off, it’s still a great spot to try!

Little disappointed. The Ahi poke bowl was average. The crisp pork belly fried rice was inedible….the pork belly was dried out. The rice was crunchy not tender. 2 bites and I was done…$19 wasted. However the share plate pork spare ribs were excellent. I would go back just to get that!! Service was marginal ..but it is everywhere.

Absolutely delicious flavors! Their special menu is always rotating. If you are tired of all the same American seafood fare on Block Island, come to this place and try something flavorful and new! The Thai tea is worth skipping out on though.

Ok, so you guys have no idea how good this place is. It is a true hidden gem! This is by far, the best restaurant on the island, and maybe even the best in New England. This is definitely the best restaurant I’ve been to in Rhode Island and you would be insane not to go here on your vacation to Block Island. The dishes are just an incredible representation of Asian style cuisine. Everything is incredible! I recommend the Pupu platter due to its ability to showcase many different amazing appetizers that this place presents. The service is great and the workers were professional and welcoming. Don’t be fooled by the relatively low rating. Lori Redding is lying. Just look at her profile picture. If you are in Block Island, this is the place for you!!

we went to Tigerfish to celebrate my sister-in-law‘s birthday. The drinks were good, the sushi was very good, my brother‘s Ramen bowl was delicious. However, my friend and I both got two different fried rices and just thought they were OK. Nothing spectacular. The server forgot to ring in my sister-in-law‘s meal. Very disappointing since it was her birthday. We thought they should’ve taken it off our bill, but they did not. She never came back to check on us and I had to go find our server to ask her to ring in the missed entrée. We ate outside because it was a wonderful evening. Not sure we will go back. Better experiences on the island for food.
