Food is fresh and tasty.
And service is also friendly and efficient.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting — perfect for a casual lunch or even a relaxed dinner date. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations.
Prices were reasonable given the quality. I spent around $40 for a full meal, and it felt totally worth it.
Food: The size, selection, flavor, and quality of the ingredients makes for a great meal that is fully customizable. I love Asian flavors and Tigawok does not disappoint. This may become my new easy lunch spot.
7/7/2025- Tiga Cola Chicken ($4.99), Chili garlic Broccoli ($3.99), and Veggies ($3.99) – 5 stars for taste and value.
8/22/2025- I got the Pepper Kurobuta Pork ($6.98), Potato Shreds with Bean Sprouts ($3.28), and Garlic Eggplant and Green Beans ($3.98) today. Love the shishito peppers with the pork and the potato shreds are one of my favorites (5 stars). For the Garlic Eggplant and green beans I would prefer more green beans over the eggplant (4 stars). Tiga Wok had to adjust prices a bit since their soft opening but it is still a great value and I want to continue my support for the great food, value, and flavors of this restaurant.
Service: The staff is friendly and helpful. Update: Came in the last time and my service was super helpful and informative on the offerings. Great customer service.
8/22/2025 – The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service.
Atmosphere: Fast and casual restaurant with good self service set up. Bathroom was clean. The feel of the restaurant was nice.
8/22/2025- Clean and busy when I came in. The self serve drink area was clean without any soda sticky stains or random customer trash. Tiga-tip-top shape!
Nothing is blow ya out the water but solid to great all around: egg plant, Thai basil is pretty awesome, tofu is good but my friend loves it.
Good stuff. Enjoy. 4.5 out of 5 for food but 5 out of 5 for value. Seating, limited but it’s LAX.
Foods there are tasty and wallet-friendly. It’s only $12 to buy items in Pic 1.
Service is absolutely excellent! I was not mean to spoil the dish, but one of the staff there comforts me and gives me a refill. They are all kind and easy-going.
I am just a traveler there, but I hope all UCLA students would know here!
Because if you only get a bowl of rice and one single dish, you can maybe walk out with spending only $10-15 for a meal, which is decent. But if you start even thinking about trying a few more dishes out you are easily going to spend $20 or even $30 for robot-made Chinese food (The food is, in fact, very good.)
But I feel the financial benefit of reducing labor cost by partially replacing human labor with machines, is not brought down to the consumers as much. At least that’s how I felt after paying $30 for a rice bowl and three small side dishes.
Oh, they do give you sturdy plastic cutlery and a nice bag if you decide to take your food home!
