I come to this store almost every day!! I love everything that I get and today I decided to try their new açaí bowl because I love the ones from smoothie king but don’t like all of the sugar and calories that are in it. This was such a great substitute for smoothie king, but this has balance of macros that doesn’t compromise a great flavor. Everything tastes amazing and I brag about Tifton Nutrition to anyone who asks what I got!! 100/10 recommend!!

Very clean and organized place! So many unique healthy options! All the flavors were tasty. We got the pumpkin cheesecake which tastes so similar to the sugary version. The blueberry cheesecake shake is really tasty especially with whip cream and the cruise control tea! I felt very good after eating here.

So i came in yesterday for a loaded tea…i have a regular spot i go to but they were closed, and i never know what to get so i told the gentleman just make me something with peach and mango. At first he was a little reluctant because he said he like precision and to ensure each drink is made just as the customer wants. Hey i get it but i really am easy going and do my best not to complain. So he decides on a drink for me and i added boba and when i tell you it was wonderful…just wonderful…i did drop my boba trying to juggle to much at once and he was happy to replace it free of charge with a smile. He really does take pride in making sure every guest is satisfied and wants to come back. Btw the drink he made was called heat wave. Its a must try for sure

Great menu, friendly staff, a lot of options to choose from (healthy items) and in a great location (next to Tractor Supply and Surcheroes). I got the salted caramel coffee (with protein) iced and it was great! I highly recommend this place (and will be here often)! ☕️

I went in for the Evolt body scan. Andy helped me and was very knowledgeable about the scan and offered a lot of info and useful tips for interpreting my results.
While I didn’t have any food or drinks today, I was super impressed by their attentiveness and care concerning allergens. They sanitize all equipment between customers, and offer a good selection of certified gluten free items. They also have separate utensils for nuts, and work hard to eliminate any cross contamination. As someone with Celiac, these safety measures mean the world. I’d feel safe placing an order at this establishment.
