Super kind staff but the food was lacking in flavor. My friend and I got bowls expecting delicious food but there was a lack of flavor and only spice. The spice level was good but without the accompanying flavor the overall meal is flat. Not worth the price considering you have to pay $1.85 for meat based protein options!

The owner is really nice. I’ve only been a few times since they have opened, but each experience has been wonderful. The food is an easy 10/10 and for college town, the prices are reasonable with good portion sizes. Highly recommend! I believe this is their second location, their first location being in Gainesville so please support small businesses!!

We had a fantastic meal after dropping our daughter off at college. I enjoyed a marinated chicken an incredible butter, chicken sauce, topped with lentils, pickled onions, and had it all over a bowl of flavorful cauliflower rice. I highly recommend if you are visiting Tallahassee and want a quick, delicious healthy meal. Did I mention the service was fantastic? It was.

This place is one of the BEST places in Tallahassee. It’s quick, easy, fresh, nutritious, AND affordable. What more could you possibly ask for! I typically get the bowl with butter chicken and rice and top it off with every topping. It’s the best. I’ve gone multiple times, both in-person and have ordered it for delivery, and it has been fresh every single time. Will definitely keep returning!

The store was clean, well lit, bathrooms were nice, decor was cute. The drinks were tasty, menu was accessible and easy to read, but, the staff seemed tired and stressed, they were out of lamb, the mango chutney was bland, and despite me ordering the spiciest thing on the menu, I got absolutely no spice whatsoever. Not even a tiny bit of heat. The prices were reasonable, but the food was a real let-down. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. Maybe if I’m in the mood for a wrap. But not if I’m craving Indian.
Edit in response to the owner: I did try the butter chicken, because the menu stated it had a “medium spice level” and I got the hot sauce as well, because I was looking for something spicy. We also tried the garlic naan. And the samosas too. Also, my mistake. It wasn’t mango chutney. It was tomato.

The food was very good! The naan and the chicken were my favorite part. We really wanted to try the butter chicken, but we were a little disappointed that they were out of it and the garlic butter and lentils. We’ll definitely be back if they have those!

My first visit to Tiffin Box was fantastic. The staff was friendly and hospitable from the moment I walked in. I opted for a bowl with a base of basmati and cauliflower rice. For my protein, I chose the flavorful jackfruit and a drizzle of spicy butter sauce. The bowl was rounded out with lentils, chickpeas, roasted potatoes, tangy carrots, pickled red onions, and tomato chutney, all topped with a refreshing cucumber yogurt. A truly delicious and memorable meal.
