I’m big on new experiences and sweet treats so when I found this place online, I was quick to check it out and fell in love. I was wowed just walking in the door and seeing how many options they have: drinks (coffee, tea, the best hot chocolate you’ll ever have), flavored truffles, SO MANY unique gelato options (you can even combine flavors!) cookies, AMAZING macaroons, croissants, eclairs, and more. The workers here have been amazing every time I’ve gone (including the owner) and patiently allowed my boyfriend and I to try as many flavors as we wanted before deciding. We then found out there’s a whole separate upstairs lounge area that is SO beautiful and cozy, including an entire board game shelf!!! Our minds were blown. Even though I’m big on trying new places every time I go out, I’ve found myself back at Tifa’s many times in the past few weeks, and you should too!

We were in the mood for a sweet treat and stumbled upon this place having never heard of it before, and what a find. Just reading the menu was exciting; I’ve never seen chocolate or gelato flavor combinations like these before. Everything felt creative and thoughtfully done. The staff were incredibly passionate and knowledgeable! Walking us through the process, explaining ingredients, and clearly communicating about allergens. Even offered samples, which made the experience even better. Truly affordable and truly good! You can tell they really care about what they do. We’ll absolutely be back for more.

I love this place! I worked around the area and decided to check this place out and it was amazing. Iced Coffee was great!! Last time I got chocolate cheesecake muffin with it and this time I got red velvet muffin. I have tried a few gelatos as well and I need to come back to try more flavors 🙂

Stumbled across this place on accident and so happy that I did! Delicious iced latte and all the treats + gelato looked super good. Didn’t think it could get any better then I checked out the upstairs. So comfy AND they have chess, mancala and tons of other games. Irreplaceable by Beyoncé was playing. Staff was also super nice and welcoming 🙂

I rarely write reviews, but this cafe has the best hot chocolate I have had in the United States, so I felt like I have to tell everyone how great this place is. The gelato is also excellent. We also loved the atmosphere and the board games! It was a great place to get a treat and play a round of Uno with the family! We’ll definitely be back.

Happened up on this gem while dining in North Hills. We were met by the wonderful staff and offered samples of the gelato. The ambience is welcoming and perfect for a business meeting, first date or just catching up with a friend. This place is a must try! We will definitely be back to experience more of the beautiful chocolate and gelato.

Newest Gelato place in Raleigh – Shaun, the owner, is super friendly! I think he gave me 10 samples to try until I found my favorite flavor. They have chocolate, tea, coffee, and Gelato.
