Let me just start off by saying I LOVE TIERRA MIA. Service was great. Giving 1 star to my drink. I order a blended matcha, and was super disappointed. My drink had 0 and I mean 0 matcha flavor. It tasted like pure milk.
I just hope the recipe gets redone. Needs probably triple thr powder.

Drinks are usually pretty good but disappointed today. Got an iced matcha latte and asked for less sweet, not less flavor. The guy taking the order said 1/2 flavor, I said no, less sweet please. The result is pretty much milk. Barely taste the matcha. What a waste.

I have tried a few different drinks from here and compared the the mermaid i think Tierra Mia is more authentic to the taste of whatever drink is being made rather than something super sweet and overthetop. I personally love this because sometimes i just want something a bit more subtle. I love the vibe when walking in. The room is small but yet roomy, there are people drawing and talking, others doing work and studying. Very chill vibe in the night. I would recommend walking in to order.

I ordered an horchata frappe and let me say the cashier didn’t say thank you or anything. He just handed me the drink and that’s it. I was hoping for a “thank you” or “good night”. Anyways, the horchata drink didn’t taste like horchata but more like cinnamon; and it wasn’t only I who agreed but my partner also said that it’s missing that cha-cha (horchata) flavor.

Came in the other day and the barista with the tattoos was very helpful in deciding on what I should I get since it was my first time. After taking my order he made my drink and the drink was top notch. 10/10 attitude and customer service , will be coming back !

Drinks are enjoyable but the wait time can be unbearable. I believe the longest wait time was between 35-40 minutes in the car. But our experience with customer service has been welcoming and positive for the most part. I will say my only complaint for me is feeling rush to order my items while they are standing outside the car. It feels slightly overwhelming when I don’t know the menu as well.

Drive thru was very fast. There was a gentleman taking orders and the line moved quick. This was at 8:30am so you know it was lots of people getting their coffee. The attendant at the window was nice as well. Love coming to get my coffee fix when I go to work.

I had the most amazing experience today. I made a mistake in the drive-thru and missed the spot where you usually place your order. But when I got to the window, I asked the young lady if I could still place my order. She kindly asked them and they said I could. I told her I was going to go out of the line and come inside to get my order, so I wouldn’t hold up the line for others. Since it’s raining, I waited in my car to give them enough time to prepare my order. To our surprise, they brought it to our car. Thank you so much, I really appreciated it.
