We used them to cater a lunch for our office. The amount of food we got for the price was a great deal. They provided all the toppings, too! Every employee said it was great food and they would highly recommend. They were calling dibs on the leftovers! Highly recommend!!

Got the chicken enchiladas with the green sauce so good!! Got chicken tamales oh my, so delicious! Other person got California burrito, huge looked good. Salsa needs some tweaking, but overall nice cozy place to grab some food.

I ordered from here 2 days in a row because I was dreaming of the chicken mole tamale after trying it the first night. The sauce was so rich, so deeply flavorful, I had to order more the next day. This is my new food obsession.
The tacos were good, with carne asada, pastor and cabeza being the standouts. The lengua was a bit tough and gamey.
The elote was delectable, and I was thrilled that the serving was 2 cobs, so I could share. The rice was a little dry and mealy both days, but the beans were yummy.
The nachos are highly recommended for a reason, and a perfect appetizer! The stuffed poblano is tender and smothered in cheese sauce.
The Jamaica agua fresca is new to me. Sweet but mild in flavor I couldn’t identify. Maybe hibiscus?
I want more of this mole, so we will definitely be ordering again!

The food was flavorful and the customer service (for takeout) was great! My only requests are to add a little more meat to the torta because the meat to bread ratio was a little off and a little more toasted. I can’t wait to try more menu items!

This restaurant used to be so welcoming and the food was always perfect but lately there’s been a negative vibe in the restaurant. The owner was kind when he was there now he has these lady workers who just seem bothered to be at work no customer service or anything. My tacos that I got today was brick hard steak, I couldn’t believe it. Another great restaurant gone smh

I’m here on a business trip and wanted some Mexican food for dinner. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did. I got the carne asada plate and it was seasoned perfectly and grilled just right. I also got an elote and that was amazing as well. Coming from South Florida this is as real as it gets! I will definitely be back whenever I stop in town.

Another restaurant in goose creek.That’s not worth going to. We Order the chicken and a steak fajitas.So sad that the tortilla we’re only a slightly bit bigger than a slice of a lime. Absolutely no seasoning. The rudest waitresses only cared about being on their phones. Wish I would have remembered the old saying never eat in restaurant that’s empty. So sad

Tierra Caliente is a wonderful mom and pop Mexican restaurant located in Goose creek, SC. The staff and owners are always friendly and attentive.
I have had the Tierra Caliente Burrito, the Pastor Tacos, and Chicken Nachos.
All have been wonderfully and filling. The Burrito is quite large and probably one of my favorites.
Stop in, you will be glad you did!

While this restaurant may be small, by god you will not be sad. This is what Heaven is, really good horchata and the best sandwiches with combinations that are so new but work so well, like pineapple and avocado. I would drive hours and days for the churros which were crispy crunchy and nicely spiced while the inside were ooey gooey and sweet. The flan was the perfect combination of stiff while still silky .8/10 recommended
