Overall, we had a good experience at Title and I’d still give it five stars, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved.

When we first walked in, the gentleman at the front greeted us and asked if he could help. We jokingly mentioned that we were starving, and the response felt a bit awkward. Nothing major, but a warmer or more lighthearted reply would have set a better first impression.

We were seated promptly as a party of four and placed a full order including appetizers and entrées. Unfortunately, everything came out at the same time, which made the meal feel rushed. Additionally, the burgers were overcooked compared to how they were ordered. Fish N Chips were gluten free & wife enjoyed very much.

On the positive side, our waitress was very kind and handled the situation well by offering complimentary desserts, which we appreciated. The oysters were good as well — though if I’m being honest, they didn’t quite measure up to Buck & Rider in Scottsdale (still solid, just a high bar to compare to).

Overall, good food, great service from our server, and a nice atmosphere. With a little more attention to pacing and execution, this place could be excellent.

Hearty portions, lots of options, great service, good value for downtown. The breakfast potatoes are baked, smashed and seasoned Too many to eat alongside a large omelette. Oatmeal was delicious. Added fresh fruit instead of brown sugar and the raspberries were the size of strawberries! Definitely recommend for breakfast.

The brussels sprouts were enjoyable, while the halibut was just okay. The atmosphere felt a bit dated, with furniture that could use an update. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired—servers took a long time to approach the table, take our orders, and deliver the food. Overall, the food was decent, but it fell short of being exceptional.

I’ve never had Fish and Chips before, but I’m glad the waiter recommended it because it turned out to be pretty fresh and crispy. I do think it is a bit too heavy. The oysters were amazing!!!

We were there before a show at the Paramount. It wasn’t that busy, but service was extremely slow. The servers were great, so maybe they were having a staffing issue. Food was good, portions were just right. Brussel sprouts starter and black cod dish were stand outs.

Solid place to get seafood at the Hyatt. It’s definitely pricey but that is to be expected for a restaurant in the Hyatt. The food is good, but there’s nothing special about the food so it’s the biggest selling point is that it’s in the Hyatt.

The oysters were fresh and I liked the lemon slices. The vinaigrette that came with the oysters was surpassingly good, even though I usually don’t like vinegar. I do wish there was some salt on the table so I could’ve added some salt. But overall the oysters were good. We also go the chowder, which was good but a bit overly salty.

The service is good. We got seated quickly, the food came promptly, and we got the check promptly. I appreciated how they made sure to clean our tables pretty much as soon as we finished a dish.

The inside is well decorated. It feels modern with the blue lighting. They have table and bar seating.

We recently dined at Tidal Plus, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our server, Marty, was absolutely incredible. She was highly knowledgeable about the menu, the spices, and the history of the restaurant. The craft cocktails were out of this world. We tried the tequila sour, which was exceptional, and I had a whiskey sour with pomegranate that was simply mind-blowing.

The oysters were fantastic, offering a perfect mix of small and large varieties, catering to both my wife’s and my preferences. The bread and butter presentation, accompanied by honey and salt on the board, was extraordinary. Every detail was thoughtfully executed.

We will definitely be returning to Tidal Plus, and we might even make a special trip all the way to the Northwest Seattle area just to dine here again. Highly recommended!

Great food, cool ambiance and an excellent happy hour menu. I had the Tidal+ Wagyu Burger and it had an outstanding flavor. It was extremely juicy. I had the Oysters of the Day, and they set the bar very high. The Seafood Chowder and Band Bang Shrimp were both great!!! Highly recommend. It is diagonally across from the Hyatt Regency in Seattle.

I was in Seattle for a conference and came to Tidal twice because it was so good.
The oysters, fish and chips, cocktails, and even desserts were phenomenal. Clearly, because I had to come back for their weekend breakfast (not pictured because I ate it so quickly).
A special thank you to Veasita, George, and Manty (I apologize if I misspelled names). They were so helpful, personable, and charming. Next time I am in Seattle I will be back for happy hour! I only wish I didn’t leave before the shuck and sip class, I would have been the first to sign up.

Note: AMAZING gluten free options here!

Updated May 1/24: Tonight Alex was slammed with a Boeing group hitting the bar all @ the same time! He managed it like a magician (making empty glasses disappear and full glasses appear just as quickly) and everyone, I mean everyone was well attended too with a smile and calm attentiveness. We once again enjoyed a terrific meal, this time the HH Ousters (yum), the HH Steak w/fries and yet again the yummy GF Fish & Chips, both were sooo good! Original review: ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Alex took such good care of us. We were hoping for a light meal to share (GLUTEN FREE PREFERABLY) and they nailed it! The Rockfish battered in cornstarch was phenomenal! The fries were perfectly cooked and the Canvas Chardonnay by the glass was the perfect accompaniment. WHAT A GREAT FIND IN DOWNTOWN SEATTLE! I can see us coming back time & time again. Thank you Alex.
