Stopped by today after learning about this bakery from social media and I’m super happy I did. I left with many traditional Costa Rican pastries and it was a super nostalgic experience for me. Everything from the cacho to the oreja was delicious. I live 45 minutes away but I’m already planning a trip back. Pura Vida!

Anything with the caramel type filling is incredible. I’ve been about 5 times through the years and NEVER leave disappointed. Most items are not overly sweet and very flaky. Prices are incredible and they’ve always been friendly.

I’ve always been a fan of my local Latino bakeries as they make some of the best breads and pastries around here but this place makes delicious savor and sweet pastries with fillings ranging from spicy potatoes or spinach and cheese to sweet fruit and pumpkins. These are some of the best tasting pastries I’ve ever had for sure, completely delicious!

They have a braided bread with cheese that is out of this world. Strawberry and pineapple strudel are delicious. The braided bread is my breakfast with coffee almost every day. I don’t get tired of it. Love this place. 100% recommended.

Made a short detour off of Hwy 321 to check this place out. SO WORTH IT! We picked up an assortment of sweet and savory pastries which were great. Loved the loaf of cheese-filled bread….not sure what it was called. It looked like a loaf of yeast bread but it had a slightly sweet cream-cheese filling…highly recommend that.

Those little spinach and feta pastries get me every single time. And you can never eat just one so do yourself a favor and get two. Haven’t had a bad pastry here, always a nice little treat!

My first trip to Tico Pan Bakery was a success! I was looking for authentic Cuban bread and they bake it fresh twice daily. I bought a loaf, took it home and made a Cubano Sandwich. It was delicious, and if you know Cuban Sandwiches… the Bread is the most important part. If you like to make specialty sandwiches, get the bread at Tico Pan Bakery. (I cooked the Cubano in a George Foreman “press”)
