Absolutely loved this place. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish had the right balance of spices without being overwhelming. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in the food. Portions were generous, service was friendly, and everything came out hot and well presented. This is definitely my new go-to spot when I’m craving good Indian food. Highly recommend and will 100% be back.

The newly opened Ticca Tikka is an excellent addition to the area for TriCity residents for North Indian food options! The staff is super friendly (loved chatting up with Dave and Jassi), service is certainly with a smile and very prompt. We loved their before 3 pm lunch combo option that came with delicious Dal Makhani, rice and naan. Of the entree that we ordered, we loved the Butter chicken. The Bhindi masala was good too. Will surely try their sizzlers next time.

They just opened up so there is no liquor license yet and it was nearly empty. Two of us ordered the butter chicken and Chicken Tikka Tandoori. Both were excellent. Garlic naan was delicious. We have enough leftovers for a dinner again.

Just all around, a really bad Indian meal. The chicken 65 was horrendous, it was more general tso’s, I almost thought it was the wrong item. Frozen vegetables and tasted fresh out of a microwave, covered in way too much sticky sweet sauce.
The lamb korma had the smallest chunks of lamb, and was way too thick and sweet. And again, didn’t resemble a single other korma I’ve had.
And then the cheesy garlic naan was… you guessed it… really not good. There was a pool of butter on it as it came out. It wasn’t naan at all, it was more like scallion pancakes, thin and crispy.
The portions were also small and expensively priced for the quality and size. And a really weird “fast fashion” looking interior that felt like an AI put it together.
Won’t be going back, sad this is the new Indian spot we got in a limited downtown Oceanside market for the cuisine.

She recommended a lamb dish cooked in a traditional clay oven (tandoori) and even brought out different sauces to pair with it. Everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and truly authentic. It made trying something new such a fun and enjoyable experience.

Ticca Tikka has excellent, authentic food. We had amazing service! The server was incredibly friendly and answered all the questions we had about the menu and the portion sizes. The food was so fresh and seasoned perfectly. We ordered a couple appetizers, the garlic naan, the shrimp Tikka masala, and a lamb dish. We could not believe the flavor of the Tikka masala! It is the best Tikka masala either of us have ever had. It is savory with a touch of sweet and it’s the creamiest, most delicious sauce ever. We will definitely be back and will put this place in our rotation. Additionally, their drink menu is phenomenal! The mango drink beats any other juice or smoothie you’ve ever tasted. Glad this place is in our neighborhood and am already dying to go back.
Another note – we went on Valentines Day and our server gave me a long-stemmed red rose on our way out. The thoughtfulness was touching!
