I have gone here a few times before and gotten the OG tacos. Every single time they make them wrong even though they are a set taco on their menu. This time they put almost nothing in them. Normally the portion size is great but this time it was barely an ounce of meet in each! I paid $9 for these tacos to have two bites worth of food. Three different people looked at these tacos and said they were good to go. three people that could have stopped them and said “hmm these need more meat” but nope. I also go a side of guacamole. When I got to work they didn’t even put the lid on all the way and there was a hair sticking out of it. I tried to call them and the phone just rings and rings and no one answers. Extremely frustrating, annoying, and disappointing!

There was glass in my tacos. Didn’t realized it until I bit into it and chewed little shards of glass. Called to inform them and recommended they should empty all the food they have out and thoroughly clean it… she proceeds to say “we don’t work near any glass so I don’t know how it could’ve gotten in there.” ….. Okay??! So!? CLEAN IT OUT, THERES GLASS IN THERE.

It’s not very impressive. The employees provide courteous service. That’s about the best thing I can say about it. The Barbacoa is decent, the steak is dry, chicken is dry, it’s a cheap knockoff of chipotle. Maybe refresh the food a little more often. It’s probably a little slow in off peak hours and the food just gets left to dry out. The Nachos were three day old stale. I tried it a couple times before deciding, but I doubt I’ll ever eat there again.

First time going. I was hoping for something better than Chipotle, because they have fallen off, but this is basically discount Chipotle. If your favorite sandwich is white bread and American cheese, and you never use salt and pepper, you will probably love it, because it is very bland. Rice was way overcooked and clumpy. Prices would be perfect if you got a well seasoned and put together dish.
Stopped in more than an hour before closing. There were several other customers, but they were tearing everything down for closing, so none of the hot food was on the warmer. Very disinterested staff. I don’t expect overly jovial crap like corporate always wants, but at least let me know there is a person behind those dead eyes who wants to get the job done right. Right after I say “steak”, someone from the kitchen yells up to tell the server to use smaller portions because the grill is shut down and nothing else is getting cooked. Not a good look to announce that everyone is getting less now with several customers in line, and one of the biggest reasons I was looking for a Chipotle alternative is because they do the same thing.
There’s an opportunity to take the custom burrito/taco market, but Tic Tac Taco isn’t likely to do so at this point.

Let me first say, the portion size is not an issue.
BUT, this is the most tasteless food I have had since my grandma used to boil chicken. There is no flavor to anything. I have tasted cardboard with more seasoning. The avacado ranch was the only flavor and they only gave me a little as the bottle was empty. I spruce it up when I got home, but man if you are going to charge Chipotle prices, you should deliver Chipotle quality.
P.S. Charging for pickled jalapenos…..really?

Iam there every day for lunch Monday-Friday and alot of Saturdays….it’s close, very fast, and ALWAYS good.The staff is great and always very curtious and helpful. The place is always clean, stocked up, and bright. Always have a little small talk while getting my lunch with the great staff who are always very personable and polite. Amanda and the rest of the staff make you feel like family. I truly appreciate the great and speedy service they provide. I work at the Google cloud project on the corner of Morse rd. & Beech rd. And l can leave our jobsite, grab lunch and be back at work in 10 to 15 minutes. To me that is absolutely stellar. Thank you to the amazing staff and l will continue to to see you all at lunchtime.

Dry, cheap ingredients, Chipotle knock off. They were out of shredded cheese when I was there. It filled me up because there was nothing around. Do not plan to go back unless a last resort or I can’t find roadkill to eat on the side of the road (wouldn’t be as dry as their ingredients)
