This location used to be a regular stop for me on my way to work, and I was a loyal customer for several years. Unfortunately, since Laura left, the quality of customer service has noticeably declined. The staff often appears unprofessional, interactions feel discourteous, and service is consistently slow.
The phone line is frequently busy or goes unanswered, and when I am able to place a call-in order, it is often incorrect, missing, or not prepared upon arrival. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
After three years of enjoying the food and receiving excellent service in the past, I’ve made the decision to stop coming. The current level of service no longer justifies the stop.

I came in on the right day. I got chips salsa, soda, two cheese enchiladas with a puffy taco for less than $10. The lunch special here is fantastic. It’s a great value for very decent food. I especially liked the salsa and puffy taco. I bought a pizza slice next door then found out about this deal and decided to eat the pizza later. I’m glad I did, I will be back – its very good.

Food was fair. Service absolutely unbelievably awful. Had to ask for chips and salsa while the waitress was busy drinking her Big Red. Never offered refills. Waitress left off her shift and never informed us. Person that picked up our table acted so bothered that she threw our to go order on the table and walked away. We love Tias but this locations service is sickening. Sad when there was not a single soul in the restaurant other than our party of 2.

Ordered a few tacos and one came out incorrect—honest mistake, especially since the customer ahead of us had a very large order. I called to get it remade, but it came out the same as before. I appreciated the refund, but it did mean two trips and I ended up running late for work while finding something else to eat. The other tacos I ordered didn’t taste quite right either, and this hasn’t been the first time things have been off at this location. Unfortunately, I think I’ll try a different location next time.

It was my first time ordering from this place on uber eats and the food came in, like they just threw it in the to go box. Never again!! I still try to look past the presentation. Wise and taste the food and the quesadillas were burnt.. so disappointed

Loved loved loved their chicken tortilla soup mind you I’m very picky when it comes to my soups. This one had a really good flavor. And their puffy tacos are delicious. My boyfriend let me try one and I was shocked. Should’ve probably got one of those as well.
