I visited this place because I wanted Chinese food. The atmosphere of the place is not very nice, you arrive and wait to be assigned a table, in the restaurant there is only one waitress and although there were few tables occupied, the girl did not come to my table because she was busy doing other things, when I called her attention she took the order, I was surprised that she did not take notes and memorized everything. The order took 25 minutes to arrive at the table, I ordered the Curry beef noodle soup, it tasted good although quite spicy, and also the Lanzhou beef lamian, this soup was very simple and was only the noodles without vegetables, with some pieces of pork. I also ordered some Lambs with Chinese parsley dumplings and they were good in flavor. In general the place is good, although for my budget it was a bit expensive since for two people we ate for $60.

I searched for Vietnamese food and this spot came up but they are Chinese.
It’s a small, very casual family restaurant.
The staff were friendly and accommodating to our group of 6.
The food was delicious, the hand pulled noodles are thicker noodles reminiscent of udon noodles. We took leftovers home and they taste even better the next day after soaking up all the flavors of the sauces.
The dumplings were quite plain but everything else was quite delicious.

So, we have been eating here for over a year. I thought I had left a review. Upon seeing some of the more recent bad reviews, I don’t believe them. Whatsoever. We have always received amazing service and really tasty food. That which we have ordered includes but is most likely not limited to:

Chongqing Spicy fried tofu and fish
Cumin Lamb (order made with spicy oil)
Sliced Pig Ears
Spicy Dry Pot
Cucumber Peanut Salad
Smashed Cucumber Salad
Shredded Potato Salad
Dry Fry String Beans
Eggplant with Garlic Sauce
Tomato and Egg Soup Noodles
Various Dumplings
Spicy Wontons
Dan Dan Noodles
Cabbage with Pork Belly Soup
Eggplant and Tofu with Basil
Dry Fry Cabbage
Hot And Sour Soup
Chinese Donuts

I am sure I have missed things that we have ordered and tried. We have a set go to that we usually order off of our list of favorites. The owner and server are always very attentive and know us.

We have never gotten bad food here. Everything is loaded with flavor and if you enjoy Szechuan Peppercorns this is a great place. If you want to experience authentic food, order authentic food. They have Americanized dishes for anyone that wants them.

I guess I don’t believe the reviews of ‘tasteless’ food or poorly prepared food. Did you even give them a chance to make your concerns right? I doubt it. One time of our many carryout orders they forgot to include the Dan Dan sauce for our noodles. The next time we came in, they reminded us that we had called with the complaint. We had forgotten ourselves, so I can speak with certainty that if something is wrong they will correct it.

If you want your mouth to explode with delicious flavor eat here. Don’t let the naysayers dissuade you. It is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with really great food.

Price is very reasonable. Beef noodle soup – soup was good but beef was hard and too lean. Other dishes were average. Dumplings were below average, dumpling skin was so thick.

I tried another TianTian noodle (near 156th Ave in Bellevue) a couple years ago and I was very disappointed that time, I decided never try them again. Today, I passed by Redmond and saw this TianTian noodle, I was wondering, mmm, it’s been a few years, let me try it again. Well, this time, I’m satisfied with the food. I ordered beef noodle, just like I did a few years ago in another one, one of the major change is the noodle, they’re using handmade noodle now, which taste much better (the previous one in Bellevue is just using the noodle from supermarket). The noodle soup also tastes good. The beef is OK, not super soft but still OK. The vegi is not good enough but still OK level. So, overall I decide to give them 4 stars, even though I think it should be 3.5 star since the decoration is not good enough, hopes they can improve that in the future. so as an encouragement , 4 stars!

Wow – I really loved this place. They have a good sized menu, but it doesn’t seem too big or overwhelming like some spots. Also super reasonably priced!

I got the Dan Dan Noodles and the Smashed Cucumber based on a lot of recommendations from other Google Reviews and I’m so glad I did! The Dan Dan Noodles definitely have a numbing spice, but the noodles have such a good texture and I couldn’t stop eating them. The smashed cucumber was so refreshing and honestly a perfect companion to the Dan Dan Noodles!

Delicious food and quick service! Ordered the Mapo Tofu, Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and the Vegetable Chow Fun.

When I walked in to pick up my order (takeout only at the time) there was a woman making dumplings by hand. So when they say hand made they mean it!

The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was a whirlwind of flavor. Super rich broth, chewy noodles, book Choy and egg. I had ample meat portions.

The mapo was delicious and a great vegetarian option with decent mouth feel.

The chow fun was enough food for two meals on its own and the noodles were delightful.

Less than $40 for 3 dishes that span two meals is always great too.
