Genuinely the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. I have been going once every other week for almost three years and it never gets old. The Chef’s Favorite has a numbing Szechuan and peanuty flavor that hasn’t been matched in any other place I’ve been to. The owner is very nice, accommodating, fun, and funny. I want to gatekeep this place because there aren’t that many seats, but I simply can’t not recommend it. If it isn’t too busy and you are in the area, it is a definite must try.

Restaurant is cramped and food is bland. Just tastes of straight chili and peppercorn. Prompted to tip even though we stand up to order and bus our own table…

Best restaurant in Corvallis!!! I have been here multiple times, and I just can’t stop eating it. Highly recommend the sesame soup base and extra sesame paste, it combines so well with the broth. The owners are friendly and nice. Good restaurants, delicious food, and nice owner. The only thing I wish to adjust is their portions. I always have to order two portions for each ingredient I ordered for DIY hotpot, otherwise I can’t get full.

Drove a long way to come here and try their Dan Dan Noodles and it was most definitely worth the drive. Excellent food & a great owner/operator/chef.
Dan Dan Noodles we’re perfectly done and very tasty with the perfect amount of chili oil at the bottom of the bowl. Huge serving size as well. Very filling.
We also tried the wontons in chili oil. Very plump and tasty as well! The owner stopped by our table often to insure we had everything we needed.
All in all, a very enjoyable experience. I look forward to visiting again very soon!!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Corvallis. Probably the best noodle shop in the PNW. Really nice owner. Atmospehere is kinda fun because it’s a hole in the wall. An absolute must visit for foodies.

The beef was good, lots of sliced beef in good tasty soup. But the seafood was hard to say, the fish tofu was just too much. Nice little place to try something new and spicy.

Tian Fu Noodle blew my expectations out of the park. Jay and all the other staff are beyond kind and hardworking. I’ve only been twice so far, and I am HOOKED. The tomato and spicy broth are to DIE for. Michelin star, with a home-y feeling. This restaurant is ranked #9 in the nation, but #1 in my heart.

The food is amazing. We ordered the chefs favorite and seafood lovers in spicy broth. Rich broth. Tender beef and seafood. Perfectly seasoned. It’s a very small seating area but worth the wait.

Yes Dan Dan noodles have been found. We drove close to two hours for this.
Very small inside but worth it! There are about 6 tables inside and same outside. When you walk in, you order at the very small counter. Cash only and no sign of atm. Still worth it!
Very welcoming owner who is very helpful. We had a nice conversation with him.
Bubble tea was perfect. Not too sweet and very tasty! Dan Dan noodles were amazing. I added more spice, which is on a ledge with a few options. The garlic taste and ground pork simply made this dish. The wontons in chili sauce was a beautiful addition to our meal.
It was a lot of food and we gladly took the rest home.
Yes this tiny little but of amazement is worth the (drive, atm stop, time) try!
