I was disappointed with breakfast options I had tried in Atlanta, so I started searching for Mexican tacos. Saw Tia Rosie’s Kitchen and saw some reviews and a YouTube review so I called to check their operating hours and the gentlemen told me they opened at 8am. I went over the next day and I saw a good amount of traffic. Walked in and got spoken to in Spanish, which made me feel like I was back home. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. I ordered my tacos, which they call burritos; but based on the size I’d say these are tacos in my region. The gentlemen asked if I wanted red or green salsa and I asked for both. I let him know I’m gettin salt and pepper in case the tacos are bland and he was understanding how some people prefer their food differently. After trying the food, I must say this definitely hit the spot. The red salsa was my favorite by far, the green salsa is weak and tastes like store bought salsa. I must say both the sausage, egg and cheese burrito & bacon, egg, and cheese burrito were exceptionally good! Now, are they worth $5? No. They should run at $3.00, but every region cost’s differ, so I understand. I do plan to go back to try their dinner options for sure.

This place has become one of my favorite places to get tacos. The asada are my favorite. They recently had a $.25 price increase on their tacos, taking it from $2.50 to $2.75 but I’m not mad because they give good portions and their red sauce has the perfect spice level.

Great customer service and great food. Cozy spot to eat in or take out. Lots of choices and items explained for non Spanish speaking people. Fresh food without a long wait and authentic taste.

It’s a nice little taco spot that has good tacos. I sat outside and enjoyed my food. The cantaloupe juice is a must try. It was nice. I will return and try some other items off the menu for sure.

Had the asada and shrimp taco, definitely needed the toppings as the meat was just ok, did enjoy the rice and beans though. So for 2 tacos a side and a coke for $15 including tip is not a bad deal. I will come back and try something else

Solid spot for authentic street-style tacos. Definitely can’t compare to the LA caliber, but it’s a good start considering you’re in Georgia. Very fresh, hot, and tasty tacos. Price is very reasonable too considering tacos can easily go for over $4 each nowadays. Will be returning when I have the chance for sure.
