Expect a long wait but this poor lady gets overwhelmed on busy Saturday nights and I can see why. The food was absolutely delicious!
I ordered the carne asada tacos and two tamales-One pork and red chile, the other a cheddar jalapeno. The portions were more than generous and the food was definitely worth the wait. Tia Maria’s Kitchen will be my go-to food truck from now on regardless of the wait!

I was at the food truck city over between 86th and 98th and this one smelled amazing!! Had to stop and try the carne asada tacos, thank goodness I did the meat was amazing, the salsa is spicy the tortillas are strong ❤️ I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Tia Maria has been a staple of my weekends for some time now. There is a reason I keep coming back and it’s because her food is flat out delicious. Her quesabirrias are so good and are proportioned out way better than any other truck. She always super nice and super humble.

Price was good 1st time @foodtruck tacos have hardly any cheese and shells are not fried with cheese or sauce. Birria meat was flavored good but juice hardly has flavor??best part was the red chili, had great flavor and was hot! Next time I go back I’ll get extra chilis to add to tacos and juice.
