Delicious corn tortilla quesadilla, with squash flowers, queso Oaxaca. Very simple but delicious! The molitas de birria, I found with a unique flavor, that reminded me Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Check it out… you won’t regret it.

I’m from eastern WA and haven’t found any superb Mexican food over here until I tried this spot. Food is delicious and fair priced.

Tonight was my second time going to eat here and I think it will be my last time for a long time. I had sopes de asada with horchata and my bf had the aguachile with a coke. We both agreed that the food was lacking flavor. I was hoping that for the price they give the sopes at that they would be good but unfortunately the only thing with flavor was the green salsa I added to them. The salsa was a little spicy but it was good and definitely helped me eat my dinner a little more.

The food was good but the place was a bit crowded. Would recommend overall, delicious authentic Mexican food.

So very good. Some of the best Mexican in the Seattle area. Birria on point. Pozole on point. Chilaquiles on point. This place won’t disappoint!!

Update 12/22/2021
Finally tried their tamales and they are very good. I don’t like a dry tamale and these were to my liking. The filling to masa ratio was good. And the elote (corn) tamales were extra good.

The place looks clean, the girl taking orders was friendly and efficient, the menu looks pretty good I had tamales and have no complaints. I will be back to sample more off the menu.

They have a good selection of food . I ordered some tamales and champurrado. The tamales were very soft and moist just how I like them. I would recommend ordering pork or Rajas the chicken ones have no flavor it’s hard to find a place that can do a good chicken tamal. they gave me the wrong kind tamal then what I had requested. I asked for 2 raja and got 2 chicken but my dog ate them so It worked out. Yes, I would order again because the pork and rajás were 10/10 the man that helped me was very friendly.

I really like their chicharron tacos! Everything else could use a lot of seasoning. I’ve noticed that they do not season the meat at all. I’ve frequented this place several times, at different times of the day. During lunchtime, they make fresh tortillas that are very tasty. The sodas are too expensive for. They charge 2.99 for a bottle of soda and a small cup of Horchata and Jamaica. Taco Tuesday is great. They offer 99 cent tacos.

As far as the service goes… The staff is very nice. They always seem to be smiling and eager to take my order. The down side is that they don’t understand English very well and sometimes it is a challenge to order food since I do not speak Spanish. The last time I went, I took a friend and I placed two separate orders and then the lady at the counter walked away to serve other guests who were dining in. We waited about 7 mins before we got her attention to tell her my friend needed to place an order. She had no clue what I was saying. Ha ha ha!! She kept trying to tell me that my second order was coming up and kept pointing to my friend. Then a man came from the back and we tried to explain that both orders were mine and that my friend needed to place her own order. No one understood! Finally after about 7 mins of going back and forth trying to understand one another, a customer who spoke English came and was able to translate what we needed help with.
