I’ve been looking for a place to get good shawarmas and saw all the 5-star reviews on Thyme and had to go try it. I got the beef shawarma with the addition of fries and garlic sauce on the side, and wow, 10 out of 10. The beef was so flavorful it was really good. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and welcoming, as well as the guy who was cooking the food. I will definitely be coming back.

We happened to drive through the town and stopped by Thyme for a quick bite. Though it’s a small, cozy spot, the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. It’s a family-run restaurant serving authentic Lebanese cuisine, and you can truly taste the care in every dish. The owner, Abdul, warmly and passionately shared how they prepare their ingredients, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommend stopping by.

Not at all. I went in thinking the reviews were just hype, since I know how easily Google reviews can be manipulated, but I was completely wrong.

This spot is small in size, huge in heart. Abdul and George, please keep that same energy of kindness and amazing fresh food.

I ordered the mixed platter and it was perfect: fresh, flavorful, and under 23 dollars. Definitely earned a loyal customer. ️

This restaurant has the BEST Lebanese food, I am Lebanese and I drive 1 hour to eat there, that’s how good and authentic it is. You should try everything. Their saj, appetizers, sandwiches and plates basically everything is so delicious and fresh. I’m so glad to have found this thyme machine location and the owner Abdullah is one of the best humans you can meet. Makes you love the food even more. Highly highly recommended!!!

Couldn’t even take a picture of my wrap because I devoured it. The fresh homemade grape leaves were incredible. It was SOOO GOOD. The pickles, the garlic, the fries. This is a really great shawarma spot and I’m so glad I stopped by. Abdullah and his sister in law and the kitchen staff are so welcoming and so kind. I got the chicken toukh and it was delicious. Highly recommend and I will be coming back!!

I was a bit surprised when I saw the ratings but was pleasantly surprised; you order through a machine, and the food is out quite quickly;

The cheese Zatar bread had just the amount of cheese to make it taste great;
Chicken shawarma was great but the fries were served cold;
Only thing I would recommend to them is to change their hot sauce to real shatta rather then tobasco

Would definitely go again
