When you realize there is literally only one person working here (is this Thuy??), this place is even more impressive. The food is so good! Very small space, it filled up twice while we were there. Don’t be impatient. The wait is worth it. But honestly, she’s really fast. I almost wanted to hop in and help bus the tables but she’s got everything under control.

I’m glad I came across this joint in my search for Vietnamese food in Paris! My family ordered the beef pho and beef bo bun and both were delicious with fresh ingredients. The consensus is that it was our favorite meal in Paris.
The restaurant is looked after by one woman who seated us, took our order, *and* cooked our food. Seriously impressive! If my French was just a little bit better I would’ve given her the compliment directly, but alas this review will have to do.

The food was great! Some interesting differences versus what I typically expect:
– there was more tender, high quality beef
– Lack of selection in pho ingredients (pork, beef, lamb, vs tripe, beef balls, tendon, etc). I’m personally a huge tripe fan so this was a small letdown.
– more 3D rice noodles? Not necessarily wider, but less flat. Pretty good.
I would definitely come again. It’s also pretty cool that it’s all run by one woman.

I love going to this place because the chef/owner is a one woman show. She takes orders and also make your food. The quality is amazing and I don’t mind waiting for a bowl of pho when it’s busy. She remembers my order and is always so accommodating , even when she’s busy. Must try and local gem.

I was excited to try this place because the reviews were so high. I was a bit dissapointed because towards the bottom of my bowl the food felt a bit mushy. I got the vegan bo bun which did have nice flavor but the eggplants I didn’t have a taste for. The restaurant was not impeccably clean (mostly a little dusty in some places like window corner and bathroom). I felt comfortable with the food quality, but did not love the sound of the microwave. I really respect the businessowner as a one woman show and the food she made was good. Overall to me the place just needs a little deep clean. Cute spot for a quick lunch, next time I wouldn’t go out of my way/cross town to come here, but I would stop in for a lunch if I’m in the neighborhood already.

Wonderful homemade Vietnamese food! She was very welcoming. The food tasted like home and was very comforting. Spring roll was fresh and pho was so tasty and packed with authentic flavor! Everything was made to order! So delicious! ❤️

A very delicious and filling beef pho. Quick service despite the time of day. I was initially concerned by the lack of (in my experience) traditional bean sprouts, but my concerns were put to sleep by what was delivered. I’ll be back again soon!

Took a while to get the food but it’s well worth it. The Pho is quite aromatic and flavorful. Recommended.

Fresh ingredients, complex flavors, rare to find a restaurant with such quality. No deep fried, everything hand made, rolled and prepared the morning of by one woman who cooks, waits and manages. A rare authentic gem. Try to go at 12 at opening for lunch to avoid peak times
