After about 30 minutes we asked about our drinks, which had now been delivered to our table, waitress tells us she all by her self, and doing her best. Finally got them, we again reminded her we needed to be leaving at 7. Again I’m doing my best, she still has not taking our order. She finally takes our order, about 10 minutes later. And then we wait. Watch her delivered meals to other tables that order after us. About 6:50 pm we finally get our meals. At this point we don’t have time to eat and get to our next appointment, we ask for to go boxes, pay the bill and 4 out of 7 of us leave. The 3 that stayed to eat there meal over heard her complaining about us. She was giver ever opportunity to do the right thing and didn’t. We told her from the very start what we needed, she didn’t try in any way to do her best.
We visited your establishment on Saturday November 15, 2025. I would not recommend your restaurant to anyone.
Thursdays used to be a kids restaurant with animatronics led by Mr. Thursday. Years ago multiple children went missing inside the building and their souls ended up trapped inside the animatronics. Management covered it up, shut the place down, reopened it, and somehow thought that fixed everything.
If you work here at night, the animatronics roam the restaurant because they think every employee is responsible for what happened. Cameras barely work, doors fail, and nothing ever really stays closed.
It turns out the founder built hidden rooms and underground areas to experiment with animatronics and fear itself. There were fires meant to end it all, but Mr. Thursday survived and kept coming back in different forms.
Food was average, service was nonexistent, and I felt watched the entire time.
That was a mistake.
It’s $9.00 for literally 1/4 of a cup of cold, congealed queso and chips. I asked the server if that was a mistake, $9.00 for this portion of queso?… nope, no mistake. I will quote her response, “Yes. It comes pre-portioned. And you get chips.”
This was middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday, 1 other person sitting at the bar. Will we return? Most definitely no. Will we suggest this to anyone we know or someone visiting? Absolutely not. Get your family better value and service at any other establishment in North Beach.
